They canceled my reservation the day I was to arrive and I had to find another hotel

They go through your room and trash all of your belongings 3 days before checkout and don’t notify you at all.

Cancelled my reservation 30 minutes before check-in, apparently had rooms listed even though being completely booked. Staff did not assist in any form of recommendation towards another local hotel in or out of network and promptly hung up on me.

No hot water to take a shower, bed was uncomfortable, was woke up by staff to ask if we were checking out 2 hours before check out.

the two rooms we had reserved was for walk-in or roll in shower close to each other. they called the night before check in and said they did not have rooms close they would be on different floors. I told them that was fine as long as they had the walk or roll in showers. when we checked in and went to the room they were tubs with bars and shower. the bed was also so high that there was no way to even get in the bed due to the mobility issues. We went back to the lobby and informed them that it wasn't the type of room reserved. The girl at the desk insisted they didn't have any walk in showers which I had been informed the night before that the did. We asked for a refund in order to go to another hotel which they gave us but I still have a $100 hold on my card for incidentals which they said would take 7-10 days to have removed. it's been seven days. never will stay at a woodsprings again. also incidental fee was higher than any one else. placed a $100 hold where others placed between $25-$50 hold and it came off the following day

I didn't like the fact that I drove all the way to Louisiana on Monday for a reunion, thinking I had somewhere to change clothes and sleep for the night and than only to find out that my reservation was being cancelled by the hotel. Their explanation was that all their a/c went out in all rooms. I did not buy that at all. The front desk clerk "Lawanda" whom called me however was nonchalant, like it was no big deal. She didn't even offer or try to see if another hotel nearby could accommodate me for the night. I had to inconvenience friends by staying at the hotel they booked. I will never stay here again and will certainly tell all I know, what kind of service I received!
