Super location in Nelson overlooking the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable.
Could do with a few table lamps in the sitting room just to enhance the comfort level even more

Location & very comfy bed
Cleanliness let our stay down - ie dirty oven, stained carpet throughout, ensuite shower not clean inside or out, kitchen table sticky, and we felt the unit was 'tired'.

great location and very well appointed
the topper pad on the bed made it very uncomfortable and made my back sore.

Great rooms, staying with friends it was nice to have seperate bathrooms and plenty of space! Super close to the water and was within walking distance to great restaurants. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nelson!

Spacious when travelling with 2 adult children, lots of room to move. The view and outlook was gorgeous. The property was well equiped with everything we might have needed and the manager was quick to respond when we had a minor difficulty with understanding the peculiarities of the oven. The under floor heating in the bathroom was a bonus.

nothing really, the only difficulty was driving in and out from the driveway onto the road, the property sitting right at the corner of a triangular section, it is very hard to look out for traffic, but it was ok, we took extra care and drove very slowly in and out with hazard lights on

Close to town, waterfront and restaurants.
The single beds in second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Unlike most accomodation, there was no Sky TV. With the weather being so wet, we would have liked more to watch but the biggest problem with the TV was how it kept "freezing".

inadequate lounge seating only 2 armchairs & can accommodate 4 people. inadequate seating outside. seating for 2 . tv picture not adequate ( flicker) ceiling fan in second bedroom didn’t work

Well equipped kitchen, clean and tidy.
Only two comfortable chairs for four people, very basic tv channels, ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work and the lock to bathroom in one of the bedrooms was very stiff.
No real sea views which we expected from online advertising.

Road is slightly difficult as narrow and awkward getting in and out but not a major issue

Was very good having 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and reasonable for the overall price. Nice to have extra bits and pieces in the apartment (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil etc ...), plenty of usable dishes and implements and having all the other usual facilities was good (washing machine, stove, etc ... ). Beds were very good and comfortable.
Wifi worked reasonably well the first night but didn't work the second night. Restarted the wifi extender (as per the in house instructions) and was still not usable even though it connected with a valid IP address. Shower was a bit tight for room and did leak on the floor a bit through the door. TV reception would cut out from time to time and you would have to change channels back and forth to get it working again.

Only difficulty was the awkward entrance to the property on a blind corner. Some difficulty in backing in when another vehicle was in the parking area.
