spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you needed with a full size cooker and plenty of workspace. The bed was comfortable.

could have done with extra pillows. but that’s my preference.

Very clean, easy to access, short walk from station, many shops less than 30 seconds walk from the flat.

A bit difficult to locate, Was very cold at night, takes a little while to heat up

great location, right on the high street near the beach. We were able to early check in which was very convenient as we had a wedding to attend nearby! The apartment is very clean, tidy and well kept!

bed was very uncomfortable- you could feel the springs coming through. Also, be careful finding the apartment - we ended up going into an apartment opposite that looked a bit suspicious inside. But we found out apartment and we were happy with the outcome :-) Expensive

Perfect location, helpful and responsive host, spacious and homely, had everything you need.

Mattress and pillow not to my liking but that is subjective.

overall a great flat at the perfect location for Boradstairs. The access both downstairs as well as upstairs is via code, which is great, as you don't need to worry about carrying keys or leaving the keys somewhere at checkout. The flat was clean, very nicely decorated, big and comfortable.

the ground floor external door needs repairing, as it is extremely hard to close from outside.

The location was incredible, a ridiculously short walk from the beach and surrounded by a high street full of places to stock up at, visit for a quick bite (the beach side restaurant that was recommended gets a thumbs up from us!) Or just take a stroll. The apartments spotlessly clean and the host was incredibly punctual and provided everything we needed upfront and accommodated for anything we found ourselves needing. Perfect for a couple's weekend beach getaway.

Everything we didn't like is pretty small and practically petty. The only constructive criticisms I could even think to offer are for a few more kitchen utensils/crockery (plates, jugs, larger glasses etc) in case you'd like to make a bigger meal in the lovely kitchen. That and the apartment would really shine with a bigger TV.
