You'll love using the stainless steel appliances, center prep island, and cookware of the full kitchen while you prepare tonight's new culinary triumph, and you can serve your dinner guests at the handsome dining table with seating for six or outside on the deck as an al-fresco meal amid the lush green trees. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third room has a queen - all mattresses now have foam toppers. What's nearby: You'll be less than two miles from Jay Peak Resort, where you'll find lots of great skiing on slopes like Interstate and The Subway for beginners in the winter, and waterpark adventures for the kids in the summer. There's an ice rink located at the Peak, as well as a championship golf course and two Olympic-sized soccer fields. You'll have plenty of great places to enjoy the natural splendor around you. Check out Jay Peak Trail, The Long Trail, and lots of other trails available in Jay State Forest. Groceries can be found locally at the Jay Country Store, or in the nearby town of Montgomery. Things to know: Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu streaming (with guest accounts) If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There is an active outdoor security camera with a motion detection safety light facing the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
