Location, near town & motorway but quiet. Nearby park for children. Bedrooms all equipped with televisions. Small courtyard garden.

Insufficient seating in lounge. Not all blinds fitted the windows properly, mainly in en suite bedroom. One or two mattresses past their best

House was fine and clean.

Thought it was closer to Newcastle , had to taxi to get into town. Shower in the en-suite wasn’t working, few bulbs needed replaced.

it was central, had everything we needed all in one place.

Water in showers was cold, there was no instructions on how to get the water to be hot, with a house sleeping up to 8 people the shower wasn’t the greatest pressure wise. There were only 3 chairs in the kitchen. so there wasn’t enough for us all to eat in there. There were 3 bulbs out in lamps and toilet. A small guest book would’ve been good to help problem solve. and it could do with a lick of paint, apart from that the house is great.
