This was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, the showers were great and the downstairs living room was big enough for our wild 4 yr old to be entertained. We didn’t cook any meals so I can’t comment on the amenities but everything was super clean. We will defiantly stay here again!

We loved the location of the condo. It was nice & clean. We didn’t like the mini fridge, would have preferred a large fridge. Master bed is very hard. Other than those 2,things we loved it.

Fireplace was amazing, and even better-wood without an additional fee! There are even plenty of cleaning supplies in the event you make a mess. We took a short trip to Red River on MLK weekend, and this little place was perfect for such a short trip. Still had everything we needed to cook a meal at the condo, but also such a short drive/or walk if you wanted to downtown. We love Red River and this little condo gave us the perfect and simple mountain vibes. Our host was great. We locked ourselves out of the condo and she was there within the hour to graciously let us back in. The beds were comfortable and the whole condo was very clean. She keeps it simple with her decor so you don’t feel like it’s too cluttered. Enough blankets to keep you warm. Every room had its own base board heaters for your own adjustment. And the three bathrooms made a difference! Super easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and into the house. Thank you for the awesome stay!!!

Very nice place. Beds and lounge area were comfy. Lovely place to stay and super quiet away from main town traffic. Biggest suggestion has nothing to do with home, rather the listing. Would recommend including info such as bedrooms require stairs, and no AC would be helpful info to know when booking.

Great stay!
So affordable and very comfy. Great to just lay around by the fireplace and watch TV, or go out and explore the town. Easy to get in and out and checkin/out was stress free. Beautifully decorated but not overly fussy. Kitchen was great for light cooking.

It was hot upstairs during the night and we ended up purchasing a fan in Questa. We were told many times by locals that it was a warmer summer than usual. The cabin was beautiful and clean and the beds worked out perfect for us. The neighbor was very friendly. The week was otherwise perfect and we will return to Red River again.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE YOUR STAY
We were surprised this condo had good reviews because it was one of the worst we have ever stayed at in 18 years of staying in rentals all over the Country.
(We stayed June 14 - 18)
1st impression- Walked in to mop bucket & vacuum sitting out in living area.
Hotel sized tiny fridge- Have to buy ice daily for drinks as hotel sized fridge does not have a freezer! Unable to cook because fridge is too tiny to accomodate groceries, or even leftovers from restaurant.
No ceiling fan in master, but in guest bedroom (??) so upstairs is very, very hot in the summer until it cools off sometime during the night.
No dishwasher and the scrubbing brush they provide has been there for years!! 🤢 It was extremely worn & disgusting and we DID NOT feel comfortable using their glasses. Ewwww change out the dish sponge!!
Master toilet runs constantly. You have to reflush and you hear it running through the night. Flushing mechanism needs replacing.
No chairs on upstaiers small balcony to sit, but the adjacent balconies had chairs.
Grass in VERY tiny backyard area was 2 ft tall so no way are you able to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. (Yard area is about 8x10 and grill is in the kitchen inside!?)
Picture shows a propane tank hidden in the tall grass. I guess its for the inside grill in the kitchen???
The front porch has ZERO privacy. We felt like the owners were the ones to the right of us and sit outside every single morning & evening, as well as the renters to the left. No way to feel relaxed when you are all basically on the same porch, merely a couple of feet between you, fully visible so you feel the need to conversate. Not our idea of a relaxing, private porch experience in the mountains. Very disappointing.
Tan (from the 70's) toilet downstairs rocks when you sit on it. Feels very unlevel and we are smaller/average sized people.
The master bedroom bed is like sleeping on a concrete slab board. Extremely uncomfortable. The engineered flooring cracks and pops VERY LOUDLY when you walk so you wake up your spouse when you get up to use the restroom in the night.
On exit you have to take sheets off beds, gather towels, wash dishes, take out trash. We've never had to do chores before leaving.
This would be ok for one night if you just need a place to lay your head but definitely not if you're staying longer.
