Be sure to bring your clubs, as the property is located near the McCall Golf Club which offers some of the best golf in McCall. This two level, four bedroom and three bath home can accommodate up to twelve guests in comfort. Newly furnished from top to bottom, there is a private place for everyone. Open living space with picture perfect windows lets the woodland outdoors in with plenty of natural light. There is living room and bedroom access to the large deck perched at the tree line where guests can enjoy the large hot tub and soak their cares away. With comfy deck furnishings and gas grill, many a meal can be enjoyed outdoors. Don't be shy - bring out your inner chef in the beautifully equipped kitchen. Gather 'round the table in the dedicated dining area for a special meal or spirited conversation, or seek culinary inspiration at one of McCall's fine dining establishments where "mountain casual" is always in fashion. This quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride, or just relax on the deck and watch the deer forage their way through the trees. The Spring Mountain Ranch neighborhood boasts its own club house, seasonal pool, fitness center, and tennis court – all available for guest use. The property is just five minutes from backcountry access off of Lick Creek Road, as well as Ponderosa State Park with its public beaches, boat launch, and trail system abundant with wildlife. ** Construction Notice - there is a home currently being built near this property. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals: Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away. Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Great stay for a large family gathering. Plenty of room and lots of games for evening fun.

This property was great for our family reunion. I was initially concerned as there is no space for children to play outside. The back deck with hot tub however was a great space. The large dining table was perfect for our large group. The children really loved the upstairs bunk room with the Wii console system. The upper room however got quite warm during the day. A portable air conditioner would really improve that space. Having access to the Spring Ranch amenities was great. The pool had plenty of shade and lots of room for all levels of swimmers. Overall this was a great house for our bunch.

Accommodations were good. Not having any grass in the yard made it a bit difficult for the younger children so we spent a great deal of time at lake and pool.

Great stay. Rooms are all huge with large closets. Upstairs bunk bed room great for kids but gets a little hot since no AIr conditioning. Everything was provided. Hot tub great. Swimming pool facility was wonderful just wish address/location had been listed in welcome packet. No cable tv which seemed odd for this price point but outdoors most of the time anyways. Would come back again for sure. Great stay!!
