With Salamander shopping complex just a 5-minute drive down the road and Bagnalls Beach 1.1 Kilometres away, you will be central to everything. The large Master bedroom includes Air-Conditioning, ensuite with vanity, toilet & shower. Opening glass doors lead you onto the balcony which has views of the reserve across the road. The quilts and covers in all rooms are hypoallergenic. Main bathroom with separate toilet and includes large shower and bath tub perfect for the kids. The Kitchen offers plenty of bench space with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, family sized fridge and Lavazza coffee machine with milk frother. Clancy’s also features a spacious lounge room with access to the balcony & split system air-conditioning and has a flat screen TV, with the property also offering free Wifi. There is also a separate tiled living area set up for the kids. The undercover outdoor area overlooking the secure backyard has an outdoor setting with a Webber Electric BBQ perfect for entertaining or laying back with your morning coffee. Completing the property is an internal laundry with front loader washing machine, there is a dryer in the garage. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed + Ensuite + Ceiling Fan + Aircon Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 3 – 2 x Single Beds + Ceiling Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. A modern comfortable duplex with an OK fit out. Was roomy enough for family of 4. Bedrooms are large and beds were comfortable, not too soft for my bad back. A modern smart TV in lounge room, didn't use the kids TV. Kitchen was well appointed - could do with some chef's knives, steak knives, and another saucepan or two - good enough for a week of simple cooking. Dining table was a huge 8 seater. Street was not too busy or noisy. No access to front balcony meant airflow not quite as much as I'd liked.

Awesome place. We had good time staying there. We will book again. Central to shopping and beaches. Only two things we don’t like Internet wasn't working and front balcony doors was locked.
