We just needed a place for 1 night to lay our head and regroup before we got on a cruise. We arrived late night, there were zero lights on. My teen daughter tripped going up the stairs carrying her luggage. There lights in the home were difficult to find. We were exhausted from driving 24 hours and just wanted to go to bed... the bathroom had no fans for the shower and there was literally 1 bathroom for a house that sleeps 10. 😳 veru difficult to navigate!
Beds were ok, not great. I wouldn't recommend for more than a few nights due to comfort.

Worked nicely for 3 of us in Sea Isle for a family event. Could certainly accommodate more, we did not even use one of the bedrooms. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Great communication and easy check in and out. Would stay there again.

This place was amazing. The best part is the swing by the lake. It was so calm and peaceful we stayed there almost allll night lol it was very quiet and peaceful. House was just as the pictures described and the host was great with communication. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant stay. Only issue was there was ants but a few ants never hurt me lol I really enjoyed the stay, wish I was able to book a longer stay but it was worth it!

Beautiful property and great neighborhood. It was exactly what our family needed

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downfalls I think need to be addressed is the canal ladder and board loose, almost falling off. Also, one of the kayaks had holes in it and we were unable to use it. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here and we definitely will remember this home for next summer!

It was a great location and the boys loved the access to the ocean and for fishing! Definitely coming back!

Disappointed in flooring peeling off floor. Screen section completely broken out of the upstairs porch. Back sliding glass door to deck was broken. Both kayaks were unusable. Kitchen was lovely and living room with tv was perfect. Bathroom had ants. It served its purpose of giving me somewhere to sleep at night after a day of activities, but it was not the quality of accommodation that I have experienced previously from VRBO rentals. Owner needs to invest in maintenance on the property.

The house was nice, but needs repairs. Drawer with silverware hard to open. Floors were dirty. A/C was challenging bc it was freezing in common area, but bedrooms were hot. Freezer door hard to shut bc of rust on rollers. The board with the canal ladder attached needs immediate repair.
There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Adequate for a weekend get away, but would not book for longer (no washer or dryer).

Nice for beach NOT for fishing
Cute older beach home. House VERY clean and neat but bathroom NOT good. Too small, no air flow, needs a lot of help (dirty around tub, needs grout). House is on canal but too far from ocean to fish (i.e. no fish for 3 days). If you need a place to stay and want to go to beach which is near and don't care about bathroom it is good but for money think about it. Also, no furniture or stands for suitcase or clothes and many of the lights did not work. Finally, the room in the pictures that is a screened in porch is TOO HOT to do anything in so discount the use of that room during hot weather. That being said Sea Isle is a nice community and the beach is wonderful. We were grateful to get this house at such a late booking date.

It was only after reserving and non refundable that it was pointed out that there is not a washer and dryer in this house. Also, there was significant water damage in one bedroom and mold on the walls. There was also a significant water leak in the downstairs bathroom. After reporting these issues and sending pictures, they made no attempt to refund part of the rental or to even send someone to clean the mold. I could have found a better rental for what we paid. I was disappointed.

AC no good. So, hot. We all ended up sleeping in the one room that was the coolest. We couldnt bear to be there during the day.
Bathroom scary small and its floors are thin and can see through to driveway below around toilet. We were scared of going in there. Told property manager. They said someone would come out but no one came.
House is in a secluded spot which was nice. It was clean.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures the unit is about 20yrs older then it looks. Exposed wiring everywhere. The double bed bedroom doesn’t have the door it depicts it has the portable ac units and an exposed window(pictures of the entire place to prove it). The location is nice if u just want to go swimming, fishing and kayaking. Kayaks provided where great. The bathroom doesn’t have vent so when closed door absolutely no air comes in. The wrap around porch can be accessed thru outside online there’s a note on sliding door from bunk bed room that tells u not to open it. The outdoor covered space was unusable for us. They put 90% solar screens so there ain’t any air flow coming in. It was extremely hot and that’s the only way to go thru to go into the unit. The main issue we had was heat. We come from 108 dry weather almost year round and we under heat but we also understand that if u set ac to 70 degrees it should work and stay at 70 degrees. It didn’t from hours of 12-8pm for our entire stay it was about 82-84 degrees. Owner/managers excuse is he can’t control weather. I wish I could post all the pictures and texts between he and I so u guys see how they didn’t take accountability for anything. When asked for a credit back he says he prefers honest review. Basically telling me money is more important then doing right by his customers. No one threaten anyone with a bad review I contacted them and got no response 4 days later I asked if he would reply or if I needed to resort to Vrbo or review to get someone to call me me or resolve issue. I would think twice before renting this property.

This place was perfect for our family. Public Beach access #32 was close by. Pool was available at a reasonable price. Kayaks were provided by owners. We will definitely book this place again. The enclosed patio was perfect and just needed a little more ventilation but we will pack extra fans for sure 😀
