Very close to grocery store and a couple miles to Granby Ranch. We mainly ate at the house and kitchen was well equipped for all ten of us. Layout provided privacy. Hot tub was plenty hot, large, with powerful jets - used it daily. Loved the stringed lights out by hot tub. Was very nice to be able to have 2 vehicles in the garage so no scraping windows. Lots of choices on the TV. House was newer and furnished very nicely. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers. Great stay!

Great house conveniently located near Granby Ranch golf and ski mountain. House perfectly accommodated our group of 4 couples and 3 small children (1 toddler and 2 infants) as there was room for pack and play in master and bunk room with queen lower bunk. Spacious kitchen and dining area too.

This was the absolute perfect place and location. Just a few minutes drive to the Grandby slopes, the house was new, clean, and set up perfectly for all of our family and friends. I would change nothing about the house or the location!

Our party of 12 stayed at this house and it was everything that we needed for the weeklong trip. Plenty of sleeping space. Lots of room in the kitchen area and living room. The hot tub was the best that I've used. Powerful jets and hot water. Not luke warm like some rental places have. The only slight imperfection that I'll comment on is that the driveway is for 4 cars/ small SUV's. Was a little small for our 4 trucks. But that won't be an issue with 98% of the people that will stay here. I'm hoping that we can stay at this home again in the future.

We loved staying in this house. We had a large range of ages and it was great! We have an infant and it was even very well set up for that. The only down was there weren’t many towels for a large group so bring extra. Location was perfect!!
