We booked this condo for our women’s basketball team in town for a tournament. The condo is spacious and well equipped. High ceilings make you feel like you are in a luxury high rise. The check in and communication with management were excellent.

The condo was great,the view was amazing, the elevators are fast, the pool was nice, overall the location is great, the only problem is the parking ( one parking spot is not enough for a condo that fits 15 people) but anyway we had a nice time. Thank you Jennifer!

The condo, though centrally located right in the middle of all the fun and within walking distance of local entertainment, was still quiet, clean and very well maintained. You could tell right from the get-go, that the stay was going to be amazing and that the condos were actually utilized by their residents (which also means they take more care in the property). The rooms were large and open, with a bathroom for each, and the amenities were accurate. Jennifer was an amazing host. The ONLY reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 was the limited parking. You have access to a single space in the building (however there are lots across the street). And thatcis of no fault of the owners - it's just the structure of the building. Matter of fact, our property owner allowed us to use the parking lot for another of her lots where the condo was unused that weekend. I definitely will be calling Jennifer again in future stays.

Parking is awful!! The parking deck is so small that it is extremely hard to maneuver your car while moving in the parking space and exiting from parking space. I put a dent in my car trying to exit from the parking space I was given. It is way too tight!! The pool was closed for two days during our stay due to Maintenace. That should have been a discount in my opinion. We had a good time in spite of the things I mentioned. I love being with my family and ate a lot of seafood. The weather and the water was perfect!!

Our motorcycle club went for Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally. We had 11 adults and this condo was perfect Beautiful condo, very spacious. Our host was easy to reach and very attentive. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place!

Two families stayed during our time here. The layout is perfect with 4 bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. Great views from the balcony! Close to the beach with chairs and sand toys provided. The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well! When we arrived the floors were very sandy, but that is to be expected at the beach. The buildings elevators were extremely busy on the weekend as well, but other than that, we highly recommend!
