Overall, an okay option for staying close to beach

Location, access and facilities were great. Beds were comfy.

Main door lock was not working. During heavy wind at night, door opened slightly which led to a lot of windy noise inside the house.

Perfect, relaxing stay.

Husky Sands is an absolutely beautiful 2br, 2bath, apartment. The layout, furnishings, and cleanliness of the apartment is excellent! The facilities provided were prefect, clean and good quality. The description of being 5 min from the beach I feel is an overestimation as it felt closer then that. The beach is dog friendly at certain times of the day and is absolutely lovely to take your dog to to meet the locals. Huskisson town itself is an easy walking distance away. There is a walk along the bay that is easy and beautiful within easy, short walk from Husky Sands.

Good, but would hate to stay if all apartments were booked

Great location

Very noisy exhaust fan from apartment above Shower drain from above was so noisy, we got up made a coffee and went back to bed whe they had finished, 2.00 am

lovely location and apartment

great location and good that there was a dog friendly place for our furry friend near the dog friendly beach. outdoor bbq area was a bonus for a meal. Laundry was also very handy to have.

a few things were missed, would be good to have an AC in the second room too as it was pretty stuffy on the days we were there with the door closed. didn't have great communication from the agent/ property managers when I had a query, was never answered before check in regarding their direct booking discount even though I called and was told I'd be called back as well, and email wasn't replied to, could have been handled better. no chux, scourers or brushes in the kitchen, but we could have purchased and been reimbursed, just inconvenient. but was able to used the dishwasher for most things anyway. shower head in ensuite doesn't stay up, so pretty frustrating to shower. overall still a very nice experience. the ongoing construction mentioned wasn't too bad and didn't bother us.

Modern, well equipped, spacious accommodation close to the beach and the town of Huskisson.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting this part of the world. A few minute's walk from the ocean, the accommodation was a beautiful, modern design and highly comfortable. Being able to have the dogs on holidays was great as well. The beds were nice and comfortable plenty of room for a couple and their two collies. Located close to the centre of town most nights we walked to dinner which was great.

There is nothing wrong with the accommodation itself; however, construction is occurring right next door, which is quite loud. The only day that the building did not happen was Sunday. Wasnt a huge concern as we spent most of the day away from the accommodation, and by the time we returned, the tradies had finished; however, if you planned on sleeping in anytime past 9 am, this would not be likely. As mentioned, no fault for the accommodation.

great location, good facilities, secure parking and plenty of basics provided to last you the stay

house smelt of wet animals - requiring a good airing when we arrived, main traffic areas of the house clean and tidy, but under table/couch filthy. not something you would notice if you didn’t have a toddler crawling on the floor, a quick vaccum/clean and issue resolved

Great location and fantastic space for a family trip.

Great location, had everything you needed (kitchen appliances, utensils etc) was a large space for a family.

Construction next door was horrible!!! but not hosts fault.

Construction next door ruined the relaxing experience

Great location and nice place.

We should have been told there was construction happening next door. From 0730am all day there were incredible loud construction noises as well as several tradesman peering over the fence looking straight into the backyard, kitchen and living room constantly. We should have been told about the construction as we would not have stayed as it was not relaxing at all. A heavy discount should have been offered or at least a warning.

The property information is generous in description relative to the current status. You don’t book a holiday unit expecting to be holding discussions with site personnel re activities impacting the property, possible power disruptions, site water seeping into courtyard, fence being removed exposing the unit to the building site, workers 5 metres away,etc. The site personnel were very accommodating. Would doubt if the unit owner has had dialogue with the construction management regarding possible issues that might impact the unit during the construction process.

Excellent holiday home with great location

The location of the property is close to the Huskisson wharf where you can go for the Dolphine/Whale and other cruises as well as great cafes/eating options nearby, facilities at the property and its cleaniness, ease of booking, and overall holiday home feel. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the holidays as a family.

Would prefer a gas stove instead of induction/electric in the kitchen. Also no live TV channels. Only one bedroom has aircon.

The property was very clean on the inside and very family friendly. The place has all the little extra you would need and may not think to pack. I would highly recommend the property and location.

The property had been empty for a while due to covid lock down. We were locals staying while getting our flooring done. The outside undercover area was very dusty and there was a lot rodent poo. We were unable to sit outside, I did contact property maintenance and they were unable to clean the property due to cleaner availability and I was just asked to hose it down. I understand the situation with covid but it was just a little disappointing. Again I would still highly recommend this property it was beautiful and well thought out.

Lovely unit, great location and beautiful beaches, will definitely recommend.

The unit was very clean, modern and well equipped. Location is really good, close walk to beach and main street although no beach view. Not often that you find such a lovely unit that is pet friendly!
