Upon your arrival at Hale Napua, you will notice the great care that has been taken to create a comfortable and tidy space and makes good use of its gorgeous setting. As the door that opens onto the patio and outdoor living room it creates an indoor and outdoor living experience and provides guests with a comfortable outdoor living room complete with TV. Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun comes up or enjoy a evening BBQ with the family. It just doesn't get any better than that! This south facing area is adjacent to the neighboring lot used solely for the purpose of a zen garden, offering added privacy. Inside, our guests will love the contemporary furnishings found throughout the home. The living room offers comfortable seating that surrounds the flat-screen TV, a great place for family and group movie nights. The kitchen offers everything you need to create homemade meals with fresh local Hawaiian produce, and is outfitted with up-to-date appliances. Enjoy meal times together at the indoor dining table that can sit up to eight people, or BBQ and dine alfresco on the comfortable patio. When it’s time to retire, enjoy one of the four well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a separate sitting area with direct access to a small porch and exit stairs. The Jr. master suite boast a king-sized bed and a separate sitting area with a stunning view of Haleakala. The sitting area also provides the needed space for a crib or pack and play. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short term rental home is strictly prohibited. 4. Vehicles shall be parked in the designed onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street, block the entry to the driveway and mailbox. 5. We throughly enjoyed our stay. 8 adults very comfortable home, plenty of room and kitchen was fully equipped with all you need. Beach equipment was so nice to have. Easy walk to entertainment and shopping. Great house and location.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful house and the yard was amazing. I have never stayed in such a well stocked vacation home. Everything you could need for the beach to the kitchen. All in great condition. Close to all amenities. Made good use of markets, grocery stores and food trucks all within walking distance. Choice of a few beaches a short car ride away. Deb was great to deal with and replied to my questions promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

This property was perfect for our large group, which included 6 adults and 1 infant. The large master suite was comfortable, lots of storage space, (large closet, large chest of drawers) and a great bathroom with large tub and huge shower, plus a nice sitting area. A second bedroom also had a sitting area, which worked great for the baby to sleep and for her gear.
The remaining 2 bedrooms were comfy and spacious.
The living room was very large, with comfortable couches and plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools and appliances, pretty much anything you can imagine. Plus there are staples there for basics - spices, sugar, pasta, coffee, etc.
The location was excellent, pretty much in the center of the island, and close to the main Kihei "strip", with many restaurants and shops close by. Also groceries, gas and pharmacy. The beach was 2 blocks west so easy access. In and out access from the driveway was simple.
The extras provided for beach time were much appreciated, including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a wagon to haul it all. Plus some pool bags, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and pails & shovels for kiddos.
The grounds, garden and outdoor patio area were so nice. The flowers smelled so lovely

We had a great vacation and this house was a big part of that! It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 with three young adult kids. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and also the beach supplies - boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely return!

Beautiful landscaping and great porch area. We spent a lot of time there! Two very spacious bedrooms, and two adequate ones with comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Big dining table for eight. All the fun beach stuff we needed. Many restaurants and lots of shopping within walking distance. Great location and very beautiful house. Owners were very helpful and responsive to emails quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 8 of us in this house and we had plenty of room. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We were busy every day doing 1 or 2 activities a day and at this location we were centrally located for everything including plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This was the perfect property for our family vacation of five adults. We all enjoyed the space that it offered. It is difficult to find a four bedroom in Hawaii that is priced fairly. This house offered enough space in the living areas for us to all hang out together, and at the same time gave us enough room to get away to our own private space. The outdoor living room/lanai is awesome in the evenings, and the grill is fantastic to cook on. We especially enjoyed the location of this property. We were at the bars and restaurants, known as the "triangle" in 580 steps--I counted them. Foodland was even closer. Charley Young beach is within walking distance and probably another 500-600 steps from the triangle. We rented vehicles, because we wanted to explore the many great beaches that the south shore has to offer.
Now on to Deb....she couldn't have been a more gracious host. Her communication was impeccable and timely and was one of the most accommodating hosts we have encountered. We so much appreciated her helpfulness throughout the trip. Mahalo Deb, for a wonderful stay at your property.

This property was great. The location to the beach, restaurants and entertainment was perfect; we walked everywhere. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained and was fully stocked. We spent many mornings and evenings in the outdoor space. The beach towels, chairs and umbrellas came in handy as well. Deb was such a gracious host and very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return for future stays.

We really enjoyed this home. It hosted 8 adults very easily, spacious enough to spread out. We all loved hanging out in the evenings on the covered lanai. Very easy to walk to grocery store, the beach, and restaurants. Fantastic food trucks in the area. It was very nice to have beach chairs and towels supplied. Great vitamix blender to make some delicious pina coladas in! Thanks so much Deb for the beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful clean home with all the amenities needed for a vacation stay. Grocery store and restaurants within a 1/2 mile. Our hosts provided excellent communication and instructions. We enjoyed our daily outings to enjoy the island and it was always a pleasure to have a nice home to relax in at the end of the day. This home is in a great location, close enough to walk to restaurants, beaches & grocery stores. The lanai was so enjoyable whether in the morning or evening. A bonus was having the clothes line and all the beach supplies. Truly helpful. We were able to walk & watch the sunset nightly! I highly recommend it.

Could not have been more seamless. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The morning coffee on the patio surrounded by the beautiful garden was wonderful. The avocado tree was a bonus.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. It was our first time in Maui, and we found the location to be central to destinations north and south. There are many beaches across the street and fun shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We took pictures of the beautiful tropical plants around the home and even did some yoga on the lawn! It was nice that 2 of the rooms had a separate seating area -- which were very roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed (we appreciated the Vitamix blender!) Thanks, Deb, for your input and help as I planned out trip. The wedding for our daughter was lovely!

Wonderful Family Retreat
Hale Napua was a perfect place for celebrating our 35th anniversary with our family. Each of the 4 bedrooms were beautiful, the kitchen provided everything we needed for home cooked meals, the garden was gorgeous! We enjoyed having the large dining room table and recliner couches in the living room to relax after a day out exploring. Having beach towels and supplies was a plus too. It was great to walk to local places nearby too. Deb & Tivo were easy to communicate with and great hosts! It was a perfect place for our family on Maui!

Perfect location for Maui
I am very glad we found this rental. It was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located for all the things we wanted to do on the island. The pictures don't do the house and yard justice. Very spacious, comfortable beds, great furniture, well stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and accessories in the garage. amazing master shower. Very private yard. We bounced all over the island all week. Our only regret was not getting more time to just hang out at the house.

We had an excellent visit to Maui to visit family there. The rental unit was perfect for us, convenient location with stores and restaurants nearby and a waterfront park just across the street where we celebrated our final night with takeout and hours of pre and post sunset visiting. The owners were very helpful and the kitchen was very well stocked. Overall everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. ( think I may have had poke every single day!)
