The only problem and I hope the owner fix the problem is the Wi-Fi It's very weak it goes in and out all our phones were not working properly you could use a Wi-Fi booster or extender that would help but everybody had a great Thanksgiving we had three families in different condos in there and we all enjoyed it and hopefully we can do it next year......😎😎😎😎

The property was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The only complaint was the unit where we stayed wasn’t very clean, the master closet lights didn’t work and the dishwasher was broken. The unit didn’t seem to have been dusted and the bathrooms weren’t very clean with hair on the floor, etc. Overall we loved the Phoenix. Thanks

Had a great time but because of July fourth holiday it was so busy. I wish lazy River was for people just being lazy and not kids racing with one another and swimming under the floats!

The place is so big and only has 4 elevators if you plan on getting to your room at peak times it will take 10 or more minutes.
The place is very nice, but, our freezer didn't work and we had ice cream spoil and ice in the ice maker melt and drip on a box of waffles.
Other than minor things it is a very nice place. I won't stay there again because of the various inconveniences of it being so big with so many rooms. I've stayed at other smaller Phoenix condos before and didn't have these problems. For the cost, it really wasn't worth the pain.
Also, the bed in the master was terrible! Hump in the middle made you always feel like you were rolling off the bed. Ridiculous.

We had a wonderful time and lots of room in the condo. The condo was very spacious and clean except for the floors. My socks were black. Internet service was sketchy and could not make phone calls. The pool and lazy river and the beach or wonderful

The property managers were spot on with their description and communication. The unit was extremely clean with great accommodations for a group of 10. The facility offers a fun lazy River, slide, and a great stretch of beach front. Would highly recommend, grateful for our week!

But, in all honestly I have three big complaints - would it stop me from staying there again? No. But possibly a different condo unless communication can be handled better - yes. Number one, when we checked in - the front desk staff was rude, unapproachable and just downright not friendly and also super slow. That’s not really how someone wants to start their vacation - not the best taste in our mouth, but luckily - we didn’t need them again during our stay. Number two, the elevators and parking. There are four elevators for hundreds of condos that are 3-4 bedrooms. People would be irate and stack in like sardines just to try and get to their room within 20 minutes. It’s insane. And also the parking - we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with 3 families, but we only have two parking passes. It doesn’t make any sense. And the overflow parking “that they can’t recommend” is about half a mile away. People were literally selling their parking passes that was able to get multiple and there were still a TON of open parking spaces. A 3 bedroom should have 3 available passes and a 4 bedroom should have 4 available. And finally, the communication. I sent several messages months before about parking and never received a response. Then the week before our reservation I receive an email with instructions, totally fine - I then send an email saying, I understand we can’t request an early check in because of cleaning but if they are done early can we receive a text or email letting us know it’s ready because we have 6 kids with us? No response. But guess what? Friday afternoon, before checkout, I receive an email asking if I can let them know if I’m out before the check out time of 10 AM because they have a high turnaround day and would like to get started early. I honestly thought about responding with, “no, we will be out at 10 AM.” Just to be inconvenient and rude - or maybe not answer at all. But, that’s not how I was raised and was actually honest with them that we were leaving late Friday night, so they could start whenever Saturday. Communication and respect is key - maybe make sure the people emailing and working the front desk understand that especially when people are spending thousands of dollars.

We had 10 adults and a baby. I can't wait to visit their again. My only complaint is parking...we had 3 cars with only two pass available. But parking garage had plenty availability.

Nice roomy condo with a the perfect view. Great amenities with a well supplied kitchen. Bathroom showers were moldy and could have been cleaned with a little Chlorox. Sheets in the master bedroom were old and worn and need to be replaced. Washrags had a strong chemical smell and had to be washed prior to use. Mr. COFFEE really needed a good cleaning. So dirty we were afraid to use it. On the other hand, it was nice to have a Keurig. Pool was always overcrowded. NEVER found a seat around the pool. Therfore, we never used the pool. Now, for the big hangup. There were 4 elevators. Never saw but 3 working. Sometimes only 2. We waited for 2 HOURS once to get one to hold a luggage cart. The parking garage. I bet we drove 9 miles going up and down looking for a handicapped space whenever we left. I have muscular Dystrophy and cannot walk without mechanical assistance.

I was just looking for a nice little winter getaway during Christmas break. I have three daughters, ages 9, 8, and 4. We had an absolute blast and the condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. With COVID-19 going on, we wanted a getaway and stay cautious. The indoor pool was clean and not very crowded. We were able to call in our dinner orders to local restaraunts within walking distance and eat in our condo within twenty minutes of ordering (Doc's Seafood was outstadning). Place was clean, safe, and friendly.
