This family-friendly 4 bedroom 4 bath beach house has porches on every level providing perfect locations for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Blessed by the Sea was recently updated with new paint throughout and new hardwoods. Spacious custom design home with vast bedrooms, you won't be disappointed! There is plenty of parking for up to 5 cars, with entrance to the home on both sides. Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or take advantage of the free shuttle service. In Seacrest FL you will enjoy beaches, bike trails, gorgeous dune lakes & gourmet restaurants. Accommodations: (Sleeps 12) First Floor: Bedroom1: Queen Bed, Large TV, hall bathroom with a shower only Second Floor: Bedroom 2: Master Suite-King bed with TV, private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, private balcony with sitting area Bedroom 3: Master Suite-King bed with TV. Twin daybed with pull-out trundle (sleeps 2), private bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower Third Floor: Bedroom 4: 2 sets of Twin over Full bunk beds (sleeps 4-6), TV, private bathroom (tub/shower combo) Sitting area with wet bar leading out to open air upper deck . We took our family of 4 and 4 additional teens on Spring Break and stayed at this property. The house is beautiful and spotless. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. I did a lot of cooking because of all the teens we had with us and it was perfect. My only complaint was the noise level in the neighborhood and crowds but that was because it was Spring Break and had nothing to do with the house. The A/C went out one night on one of the floors but the maintenance team showed up the next morning and promptly fixed it. I would stay here again any time of year.

It’s a great house for a group — whether family or friends! Centrally located. Well-stocked kitchen. Only complaint is the HOA rules for no tents or canopies on beach.

The walk to the pool took literally a minute. 💫
We had a small issue with the 3 rd floor plumbing leaking through the vent into the 2 nd floor bathroom. Management was at the house within minutes & the problem was corrected within the hour!! 🙌🏻

This property and location was just magical! We had such a great time celebrating a milestone birthday in this charming well cared for and spacious home! They location is centrally located to other beach communities and such close proximity to great restaurants and the private beach! We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. The property management did a great job with our booking and a few questions we had during our visit! We can’t wait to return!

They location is centrally located to other beach communities and such close proximity to great restaurants and the private beach! We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. We love the SeaCrest area.
This house could be great with new paint and minor repairs on some fixtures and amenities. Also, the cleaning service is lacking attention to detail. It looked like a rush job.

The house came with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach toys and chairs. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable we had no issues. Little miscommunication when we were checking in as the house code had changed and were not updated until we called to find out why we couldn’t get in. But that was minor, overall great house and stay!

House was nice size for the 10 people in our party ranging in ages 8 and up. It is directly across from the pool and very close to the beach access. The town center is a short walk. Lots of parking available at the house for multiple cars. The house is equipped with beach toys and a few chairs. This is our 4th year staying in Seacrest. With that being said, this house was by far the least clean on arrival day. No broom was left for quick sweeps, just a vacuum that was not effective in getting the sand up. The baseboard, blinds, walls and corners of the home could definitely use better attention. There was a spot of blood on the wall in one of the masters and the bathrooms were not well cleaned. I could have called to have it cleaned again, but not really something I wanna deal with while I am on vacation. Sadly, based on the cleanliness alone, I will not seek out renting from this rental company again. The kitchen could benefit from being a bit more organized, however on the bright side there is a large variety of items for use.

Great location. Road bikes and walked everywhere. House was clean and well maintained. First floor was good for gathering with large group around a table or to watch TV. Loved the bikes and the beach towels they provided.

Truly a Blessing!
We have stayed in Seacrest every year for the past four years and this property is by far our favorite. The location is perfect: close to the pool and to the beach, there were four bicycles that came with the house which saves quite a bit of money, and the house was immaculate and gorgeous. . The property manager texted right before we got there to give us her contact info in case we needed anything but we never needed it because there was not a thing they did not think of. This place is truly a blessing!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute 3 story beach house with our kids and granddaughters! Easy tram to the beach and right across the street and down a short sidewalk to pool gate!

Great House/Bad Timing
Beautiful home, clean and well furnished. I feel bad for owners and we should have rescheduled as COVID19 restrictions are just that. The very small beach available for a large and fully occupied sub division on a Holiday weekend was ridiculous.... but not owners fault. Good communication with property management folks.
