Ocotillo Springs Resort is located in Santa Clara, Utah and offers a gorgeous resort pool with a water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. There was plenty of room for our family of 14. The rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated. A couple of things that could be improved. One of the guitars for the Wii didn't work and the water pressure for the showers was terrible. What's the point of a huge shower if only one person can use it. Overall it was a great vacation home and we definitely would go back to this house. The Wii not working wasn't a big deal, but the water pressure issue could definitely would be a huge improvement. I get trying to slow the flow on the water, but for the amount you pay you should be able to take a shower with your wife. :)

This house was perfect for our family of 20! The best things: the kids LOVED the pool (grateful for the pool cover when the pool wasn’t being used—gave us peace of mind with the toddlers), ping pong table in garage. Not as great: the place hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, had to call property management who were very quick to get cleaners there, but we had to wait for 2 hours to have it cleaned (it was super clean though when we came back to the house and they quickly refunded part of the cleaning fee); wish it had more space to store food—one cupboard was locked and couldn’t use); didn’t receive door code to get in until I called them 2 hours before check in; the listing says there are 4 King beds, but one of them is a Queen. We were still very happy with our stay and would stay at this house again. Had a great time!

House is nice but backyard furniture is all poor quality, damaged, dirty. Trash can is broken. For the price of the stay the upkeep should be much better

We had a wonderful time at this location. The pool and hot tub were the top “favorite” and the house was gorgeous and well equipped. The location and back drop of red rock was wonderful to see each morning and night as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Over all it was a great time with family in a wonderful home. Just a few suggestions.
One more soap , and trash bags. Also propane tank was empty and had to run out on the first night so we were able to grill. , they did replace it the next morning, so good in that. But I’m out 30$ and inconvenient. Other than that we had a wonderful time thanks for sharing your property with us.

Wonderful house and the pool was fabulous. They were not very clear on how to turn the heat on for the hot tub (the white box is inside the house). We spent a long time trying to figure that out looking at every white box we could find near the pool. Maybe this will save you the headache we experienced. But, we would definitely book again. We all loved it!!

While these things didn’t ruin our trip.. there are a few things we felt should get brought to your attention. There was dust(a lot of dust) on the baseboard and different surfaces. The backs of the televisions were covered in dust also. There is a hole in the ceiling of the living room that leaks water when the upstairs bathroom is used( must be a leaky drain) this was alarming. There was a pair of woman’s underwear hanging behind one of the televisions upstairs. A lot of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets.. must not have been washed. The arcade game had a broken plug in. The bunk bed ladders were broken. Like I said we had a good trip but felt like the premium price we paid warranted a premium rental and it wasn’t that way. We would definitely recommend to a friend was cleaner and a few of the issues fixed.Thanks! Hope this is helpful.

This beautiful house was a dream to stay at. From the start of reserving the house to the end with checkout the entire process was an easy smooth one. We had three families stay together at this house and we all agreed it was so perfect it should become an annual tradition. The private pool was life changing in the best way possible!

Beautiful and spacious unit. Well situated and private as the units on either side were empty when we went. We were less than 10 minutes away from the Tuachan where we watched The Count of Monte Cristo, which was amazing! The only negative point was the unit had not been cleaned by 4 pm when we arrived. We actually met the cleaning inspector at the door who was calling for the cleaners. After they arrived we waited about two and a half hours for them to finish. Once we were able to access the unit, it had been expertly cleaned and looked, felt, and smelled fresh. The rooms were large and spacious. Five rooms had large beds, huge TVs, and personal bathrooms. One room (with the bunk beds) used the hall bathroom. The pool area was very nice, we spent most of our time out in the pool. It would have been nice for instructions on how to work the pool temperature control, but we eventually figured it out and were able to enjoy swimming day or night. Unit 64 fit our large group very comfortably and our stay was excellent. We're already making plans to go back!

Great Place!
Beautiful condo and great location in Santa Clara! Harmons grocery store, gas, and some restaurants are just a few blocks away. It's close to Snow Canyon and some great hikes. It has a great clubhouse and pool across the street, and the condos private pool was awesome as well. The condo is stocked with everything we needed. The ice machine in the fridge was slow for our large group, so I would recommend buying some if you have a big group. The AC would amazing in the 114 degree weather we had!
It slept our group of 15 adults and teenagers in beds and in one pullout couch bed in the upstairs family room, one teenager slept on the couch, and we brought blow up mattresses to sleep the 4 smaller kids on.
Over all this was a awesome place for our family reunion of 20 people!
