Summary: Westwind is the perfect home for everyone to gather & play on the lake. It's located right in the heart of Lake LBJ & only a short paddle away from the sandy island that is very popular for boaters. This home has a ping pong table, kayaks & lily pads to keep you entertained all day & night! After a day at the lake grab the kids to make some popcorn in the new popcorn & candy machine & enjoy family movie night. Or sit outside to enjoy the sunset from the 2 patios or down at boat dock! The Space: Features: • Master with King Bed and access to Upper Patio Deck to enjoy an incredible lake view • Upstairs Queen Bedroom • Downstairs Queen bed off the game room • Second floor kitchen with Dining Table for 6 plus extra barstools • Living Room with access to Upper Patio Deck • Full bath with jetted tub and shower on lower level • Washer and Dryer available • Free WIFI available to all guests • Game room with Ping Pong table with access to patio and boat dock • Corn Hole Boards • 2 Complimentary Kayaks • 2 Lily Pads • Boat Dock with Lift • Popcorn and Candy Machine • Solo Stove Fire Pit This home features 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and a game room. Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom 1: King bed - Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 2: Queen bed- Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 3: Queen bed with attached enclave area with a Twin Bed - Sleeps 3 • Bedroom 4: Queen bed - Sleeps 2 Guest Access: Guests will be able to access the entire home including the boat dock. Guests also have access to the community park that includes neighborhood ramp. The Neighborhood: This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants. Other Things to Note: We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be. This home is very close to the water, so you will want to keep that in mind if you have young children. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. Security cameras located on the outside the property In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM! All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Enjoyed our time here being with family for our Thanksgiving holidays……..provided all that we needed for a great few days.

The property was well depicted in the photos. The house was roomy and no one felt cramped. The kitchen was truly well-stocked. The TVs are large and wall mounted. The appliances were top of the line. Checking-in and out was clear and very easy. Each bedroom had plenty of storage space. The furniture was comfortable with nice towels and linens. We had so much fun playing ping-pong and talking on the decks. The popcorn popper was a huge hit with us. The weekday was perfect. Starting on Friday through Saturday evening there was a lot of jet ski and boot traffic. It would make it hard to kayak during these times. I felt that Hill Country Stays was very responsive in answering my questions. We would return to this home.

This place was just perfect for a relaxing vacation. We have children ages 10-19 and there was something for everyone! From the rope swing, to kayaks, swimming and ping pong, everyone was happy. The home was very clean, and the views were amazing. Literally right on the water. The host was very responsive- we can’t wait to stay again!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location on the water is great, which makes it easy to access the sandbar, restaurants, secluded coves for anchoring, and open water for breaking out the towables.
The property itself is two bedrooms up and two down, which made it perfect for two families traveling together. We would definitely stay here again.
The owners were very responsive which made everything very easy.
Also, if you have a tritoon, this is definitely the place for you! They have a lift that could handle our 22’ tritoon, which is very tough to find. There’s a neighborhood boat ramp just a few houses down, and plenary of room to park a few vehicles and a trailer.

Great location and accommodations. Kitchen was great. Decks upper and lower are beautiful. It was a little busy with boats with the Memorial Day holiday, but was fun to watch. 2 rooms downstairs. 2 rooms and kitchen are upstairs. My parents are in their 70’s but did well with the stairs.

Great place to stay for a weekend with friends. Very clean and location was good but we did go on busy weekend and there was a lot of boat traffic. AC worked very well and we were nice and cool when went inside. The only thing missing was a place to attach fishing poles but other than that very happy with the stay!

Property was fully stocked and had more amenities than we expected! Grill worked perfectly. The only thing was there were no pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet. Plenty of blankets! Thank you!

The location of this house is PRIME! When you walk into the house, the bottom floor is decent. There’s one bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs. The second floor seems like a completely different house. It’s up-to-date with breathtaking views of the lake. There are plenty of seats at the kitchen island/bar and dining table, as well as a large couch. The upstairs bathroom connects the two bedrooms. Be aware: the upstairs shower is TINY. We enjoyed our time here and will be back!

Nice House on the water
Overall the stay was very nice the house was very up to date and clean. There was a lot of boat traffic that passed in front of the house that made floating in the water more of a workout than we would have liked.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful location. The teens liked having their own area staying mostly down stairs. The popcorn machine was a fun addition. Management was very responsive to our questions.

Nice weekend at the lake
The house in a great spot where there's no development across the lake, so it has great views of the sunset. The house was clean, the appliances were all nice, and the house was well stocked. Our fishing wasn't that successful, but that had nothing to do with the house. Would definitely stay again to have a nice weekend at the lake.

We stayed 5 nights. Everything went as expected. I only needed to contact management about one thing and that was for the combination to the lock at the community boat ramp. The ramp at the park charges $5 so be sure to ask for the combo ahead of time. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. It’s a nice place.

Great stay. The view is perfect!
We had a really great stay at this property. The descriptions were very accurate. We had a total of six adults and three children. The two bathrooms made it a little tight for our size but it would still be great for a smaller number.
The view is fantastic. The kitchen was upstairs which was a little bit different than we are used to but it’s still made for a great comfortable space with the open concept to the living room. The kids had a great time with the rope swing and a few of us got to take the kayaks out. We brought our boat and having the lift was perfect. The neighborhood boat ramp was literally like three houses down and very convenient. Cleanliness was good overall but the outside was in need of some cleaning. We were definitely come back just with a smaller group!!

The kayaking was amazing; great to have the 2 kayaks on the property. The bedrooms were well appointed, however the shower upstairs was small. That's really the only negative.
