5 star apartments with balcony a few meters from the sea. Dream pool on the terrace overlooking the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Valet Parking Service. Parasol, deck chairs and free towels. A few meters from the beach and the spectacular Broadwalk, the only one in the area for hiking, rollerblading, cycling and eating in front of the sea. Located 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the intercoastal canal, surrounded by bars, restaurants, live music and fun for the whole family. It is really dreamed! E. This large 1 bedroom with double bed + DEN (where a sofa bed for two is located) and 1 bathroom is a fully furnished modern condominium featuring premium finishes, located on the bright 4th floor. Large living room with another sofa bed for 2 people and Smart TV. Sleeps 6 people. Balcony to the street with partial views of the Sea. The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots. There is a washing machine samsung super speed! The bedroom has linens, hangers, iron, ironing board and safe. The bathroom has a shower box. It has towels, washcloths, hair dryer and bathroom kit. The apartment has deck chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach. Everything is designed so that you come to enjoy and your trip is unforgettable. Aspect to consider: Check in fee 56.50 usd only one time. As of March 2021, the building will charge a Resort Fee, $ 39.55 usd per day . The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (third party company: Boucher Brothers). Access to pool and jacuzzi, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles) As of March 2021, the building will charge Valet Parking to guests. Overnight parking $ 42.80 usd (tax included) Coffee shop: 1st hour free, then they will charge daily rate there are Washer & Dryer in the North & South Tower, located opposite Unit 22(South) & 32 (North) on the 2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th Floor

The location is amazing and the buildings facilities excellent. All staff are friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The apartment is clean and modern and very user friendly and safe. An excellent choice for any type of vacation or business trip. We definitely will be recommending this booking to friends and family.

Great place, excellent location. There are extra fees but they were all explained in the listing. Only comment would be to better stock the kitchen, no dish soap, no dish clothes/dish towels. Place is very nice, very clean. Thank you!

Great walkable location, clean and spacious unit. After traveling 12+ hours the host even let me check in early, great stay and great host.

The location works for us. The units are all basically the same. Getting a King Bed would be a nice option. Overall we were Very Happy , Weather was terrible in the first week of January.

We have stayed here 3 times. We enjoy the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The rooftop pool area is great

I stayed previously in another trail paradise room with my husband and 3 kids, this time it was my mom and I with 2 of my kids. As usual, everything was amazing. The only downfalls were that we couldn’t figure out the oven, but that didn’t matter because the only cooking sheet was too big to fit into it. Also, there was not a microwave as listed. This made taking leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day impossible, as well as some of our preordered Walmart order worthless. Overall, it’s still such an amazing location and great place to stay!

Only after paying for the Apartment we were informed of the $40.00 per night parking fee and $35.00 per day resort fee. When we checked in a $300.00 deposit will be placed on your card for property access, beach chairs, and towels. When we got to our room we had one Bath towel for a family of four which they brought extra when we asked But also made it clear that they don’t give out extra washcloths and towels. You have to wash what you have but there isn’t a dryer located inside the apartment only a washing machine. The beds were too soft for us which caused my back to give out.
The pricing of the apartment is very attractive but everything else will cost you.

Property is safe, all staff are nice and accommodating. A few more dishwasher packets, kitchen pot holders, and dish towels would have been nice. I will definitely stay again. Thank you

Was amazing other than the resort fee they added on. Would have been ok if we would have been able to get beach and pool towels??? There was not any available during our stay.

Good place: new, clean, FANTASTIC rooftop pool with great pool and great views.
There is some noise in the unit from mechanical stuff in the building; it's like white noise at night. The couches are not very comfortable.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at the Costa condo on Hollywood beach. The location is great, steps away from the beach and Hollywood boardwalk. The unit itself was nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. A few things were missing - no lock on bathroom door, no long wall mirror and kitchen was not very well stocked. Overall, we liked the condo.

Short getaway to Hollywood beach
We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at the Costa condo on Hollywood beach. The location is great, steps away from the beach and Hollywood boardwalk. The unit itself was nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. A few things were missing - no lock on bathroom door, no long wall mirror and kitchen was not very well stocked. Overall, we liked the condo.

Great Location!
Really Lovely for the price. Have to add in Valet parking and resort fee. The location can't be beat. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was sparsely stocked, no sharp knives, but who cares, you're at the beach. The hotel provides chairs, the boardwalk was so nice to walk every morning. The room itself was clean, and when you need extra blankets or linens, just call room service. There was a laundromat very close by. The hotel staff was very pleasant, and helpful. It was a great spot!

Lots of space at the property, good location, easy access to broadwalk and restaurants. Only complaint was that the iron didn’t work and I had a suitcase of wrinkled clothes. Owner wasn’t able to replace it while I was there.

We definitely enjoyed the pool and I most definitely enjoyed the bar. I loved being walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

Spotless condo in fun location
Everything was great. The few questions we had were promptly answered. We had a few groceries and toiletries delivered without issue. Condo itself was spotless with comfortable beds. I would love to know how they get every grain of sand out because when we arrived there was absolutely none. So many great restaurants within a five min walk. Beach was clean. Waves were a bit rougher than we’re used to but kids still had fun. Would definitely return.

Lovely!
Location was great, place was clean and comfortable. Room was not ready at checkin and we had to wait an extra hour. However, we were given an extra hour at checkout. Property manager was wick to respond. We had a great time!

Front desk staff were very nice. Condo clean and spacious. Pool area was perfect for relaxing. Two minor things were room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be at check in and towels in the pool area were hard to get at certain times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Family long weekend getaway
Property is beautiful, rooftop pool and hot tub are fabulous. Location could not be better! Room was very clean (and I’m picky). Front desk was very helpful and kind. We had 6 people staying in the room (me, my dad and mom, 3 kids ages 5,9,11) which did feel a little cramped but we weren’t in the room very much. The pullout sofa beds were not super comfortable, my kids didn’t care but I wouldn’t recommend if you have any back or neck problems. I would 100% stay here again but maybe not with 6 people, unless 4 are kids. We are looking forward to coming back!

Such a great place to stay. We surprised our kids (2, 4, and 8) with a flight to Florida for Christmas and this place didn’t disappoint! Location was perfect, a quick taxi/Uber from the airport. Room was clean and so spacious and the resort was so nice. I sent a message to the owner once because I thought they had beach toys and was looking for them, and unfortunately they said sometimes people take things with them, but I was impressed with the quick response (we ended up just buying some and left them for the next family). Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great place to stay. We surprised our kids (2, 4, and 8) with a flight to Florida for Christmas and this place didn’t disappoint! Location was perfect, a quick taxi/Uber from the airport. Room was clean and so spacious and the resort was so nice. I sent a message to the owner once because I thought they had beach toys and was looking for them, and unfortunately they said sometimes people take things with them, but I was impressed with the quick response (we ended up just buying some and left them for the next family). Can’t wait to come back!

Great location
Great location! Central to everything you need on the boardwalk. You don’t need a car which is awesome! Pool is awesome. Drinks at the pool are super expensive! The air in the room was fine but in the bedroom it didn’t get very cool. Other than that everything was great! Host was quick to respond with questions!

I booked this unit last minute and everything went great from start to finish! The place was clean, the staff amazing, great coffee shop right off lobby. The pool and rooftop terrace was a great place to relax after a walk on the beach and a quick dip. I loved that it operated as a hotel, even tho they have some condos that were owned by individuals (obviously doing VRBO).
Some things about the actual unit: The balcony was great and thankfully, not on the main drag...not a "real water view" but it had a "warm neighborly" view with palm tress and the sunset/sunrise. Also, not that the unit is pretty soundproof and quiet - which was awesome. There are birds that come out to "play" around at sunrise/sunset - they were quite the chirpers - but once you close the balcony door - it's so quiet.
This unit is close to the ice machine (but again, u hear nothing in the unit - that's a win-win for me!). There is a liquor store/convenience store 2 blocks away in case you need drinks, munchies, etc.
The ceilings are high and the layout was perfect. Great kitchen and the TV was awesome and had just about every smart app/streaming you could want. Really...only thing missing was a full length mirror (said the girl...LOL). And, the freezer is actually the bottom 1/2 of the fridge (that took me a day to figure out (said the girl...LOL)
Highly recommend this listing and will def. stay here again in the future!
