I stayed at Costa over 15 times this unit looks like new very clean not one mark on the ways and had the biggest bath room out of all the other condos I rented there very happy

Overall the apartment was very nice but I was put off by the amount of fees that keep getting tacked at every turn. I know the prices can't be reflected in the total listed on VRBO, but showing a "cheap" per night and then tacking on $50 here, $25 each day there, $38 each day elsewhere really adds up for not that much of a benefit. Valet is convenient, but $37.50 per day is outrageous when there literally is no other option. There isn't any sort of public parking anywhere near walking distance so you have to pay whatever fee they decide is appropriate. Then, the drivers still wait around expecting a tip. The apartment was fine, but the location is a bit to "party" environment for us. The music from the rooftop could be heard inside the apartment every night until 10pm, which I'm glad they cut it off, but it was distracting. The rooftop terrace is nothing more than a bar and a pool, which isn't really for us. If that's your lifestyle, then you'll enjoy this place. I would recommend to the owner to talk to the people who clean your apartment between guests because they need to do better. The floors left our feet stained after our showers which means they haven't been mopped properly. The rest of the apartment was very clean and tidy though. Also, and this isn't a fault of the owner so I didn't take off any points in my review, but the bathroom smells like cigarette smoke regularly and I guess it's from the people downstairs. There's not much anyone can do about that, but its very off putting for people who don't smoke. Finally, in my list of criticisms, the "partial view of the sea" is a bit of a stretch. It is VERY partial. You have to bend out over the balcony to catch a glimpse. That's misleading. As for positives, the bed is incredibly comfortable, which is a bonus as most places seem to forget about giving guests good mattresses. The apartment itself is well furnished and beautiful. The staff at CHC were incredibly friendly and helpful and the apartment is located around some delicious (albeit pricy) restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, but probably won't be back because of the reasons we listed above. It's just not the right place for us, but may work very well for others.

Very nice up and coming area. The only complaint would be the lack of up to date dining areas. Other than that everything was great.

This property is great place to stay. This is our second time here and we will be back. Close to everything and the property amenities are great. A short walk way from the beach.

Overall a great stay. Location is perfect and the unit provided plenty of space for our family of 4. Unit is privately owned with some services provided by hotel. Resort fee charged is to include use of pool and hot tub and towels for beach/pool. They implemented a new voucher system for them but there were often times they weren’t available or staff lost our voucher - hopefully they work out the system soon (also note it was over a holiday). The 2 lounge chairs provided at the beach (also part of the resort fee) were a nice amenity but they can’t be moved so we ended up setting our own umbrella and chairs up. Cleaning services are at an extra cost but there are no supplies in the room which was annoying (broom, dustpan, disinfectant wipes, etc.) paper towels were to be supplied by the hotel but every time we asked we ended up with toilet tissue. The mattress pad and sheets did not fit the bed. Bath towels could be exchanged every 5 days which really isn’t enough for being at the beach with kids. It was nice there were beach supplies in the room (although the chairs & umbrella were broken) I’m sure it wasn’t reported to the owner and the last guest put them back that way. The balcony is nice and large. We enjoyed that is was shaded in the evenings. Limited view of the ocean but above the palm trees so it didn’t bother us. Only amenity we would look for next time we stayed is a washer and dryer after seeing the way the towel situation went.

Overall, the space was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location is excellent! The host was very helpful and accommodating. There was sand all over the floor when we arrived (somewhat expected given the proximity to the beach) and the whole unit could use a fresh coat of paint to cover up scuff marks, but overall the unit was very clean and well maintained. My biggest complaint was that the linens were too small for the bed, making the under-sheet pull off the mattress - I had to constantly adjust to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress (disgusting). A washer/dryer in unit would be really nice since there are hook-ups and there is no laundry available in the area. The resort is nice, but the pool and hot tub desperately need cleaned out - the water was murky and bubbly with sunscreen and skin oils. I'm glad we brought our own beach/pool towels since the resort is very stingy with theirs (requiring you to "check out" towels and only providing one small towel per guest) and frequently ran out of towels meaning there were none available. I did expect better amenities for a resort that charges such a high amenities fee.

We arrived at 4:30 pm for check in and the room was not ready due to a late check out. Both host and hotel were aware of the issue and rushed to get the room cleaned. We were able to check in 30 minutes later and proceed to the unit. Unit was exactly as displayed in pictures. Nicely equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, sand bucket and toys. Kitchen refrigerator regular size and can easily fit a week worth of groceries. Bed was very comfortable and the rollaway in the couch made for an easy second bed. We were able to get extra blankets from the hotel to make the couch bedding more comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to have maid staff use better trash bags. They used the thinnest, cheapest bags and when we went to empty the trash and take it to the trash room, the bag ripped and trash went all over the floor for us to clean up. That was a bit frustrating to end an otherwise perfect trip. Also, note that there is a phone number you can text listed on the brochure they give you at checkin to text to get extra towels/blankets. This was very useful as finding maid staff was difficult and they did not speak English. There are two buildings that make up this hotel which are joined by a 3rd floor skywalk. Check in is in one building and the unit in the other. The rooftop pool was awesome. Always had enough chairs/umbrellas available when we arrived about 10am. One side provided view of incoastal waterway with lots of boats. Other side of rooftop provided view of beach/ocean. The sunset from the rooftop was breathtaking. Don't miss it! Our first drinks at the bar were pretty watered down but got better after giving a nice tip. Bar food was average but convenient while laying out. Towels are available at pool. Some of our Uber costs so you have an idea: Uber from FLL $32 at 3:00pm weekday Uber to FLL $18 8:00am Saturday Uber to Walmart Market Dania $8 Uber to Miami weekday 10:00am $32 Uber to Guitar Hotel weeknight 4:40pm $19 Hotel was a 2 minute walk to the Broadwalk and ocean. Lots of restaurants to choose from along the Broadwalk. Giorgio's across the street was nice to dine right on the water with decent food/drink offerings for both breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The theatre near Margaraville had nightly entertainment at 7pm. This property was the perfect place to stay to be right in the middle of many options within walking distance. We loved the rooftop pool but also being able to walk to the ocean. We will return!

Clean and comfortable space in beautiful resort just steps from the lovely and fun Hollywood Beach broadwalk which runs along the beach. Hosts responded quickly to any questions. Resort personnel friendly and respondent as well. We’d definitely return!

The condo was just as advertised. I knew about all the fees up front. They check in process was very slow but was easy once I finally got to the desk to check in. The pool was nice but the limited amount of pool chairs and the pool chairs condition were very disappointing. If you did not get there early you did not get a chair and a lot of the chairs were broken. The amount you pay to stay and/or own the condo I would very upset about the condition of the pool loungers.

Although there were some minor details that were slightly annoying, the overall experience of our stay was really nice! Communication was great and the host was very kind and accommodating!

I loved staying in this apartment. The place was clean and close to the beach. It had a pull out couch for my youngest and a full size air-mattress for my oldest. Loved that everyone had their own bed to sleep. Great location will be coming back again soon.

Would have been a 5-star but was not informed about a $25/day resort fee. Everything else was fantastic!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The unit and location were perfect. The bed was absolutely amazing! We had one minor issue with connecting the TV to wifi, but we notified the host and someone showed up to fix it immediately. Highly recommended!
