When it comes to the layout, the first floor is home to a queen-size bedroom, a laundry room, and ¾ bathroom. The large living room offers comfy leather couches, hardwood floors, a flatscreen TV, gorgeous wood furniture, and a built-in fireplace with a wooden mantle and raised hearth. The kitchen opens to the dining area making meal prep an inclusive and social event. And the newly added sunroom with soft pine floors and a stone fireplace is absolutely breathtaking. Head up to the second floor and you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed and the fourth bedroom with two single-size bunk beds. Things to know: Free high-speed WiFi It is a steep walk to and from dock & float, so anyone with mobility or breathing issues should be advised. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: The dock is down flight of stairs - straight down 100 steps. Dock has deep water minimum of 30 feet. There is a boat launch on the island about 5 miles down the road on the back river. It is free. Swimming is allowed and there is a ladder. The dock is roughly 24 feet long. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
