We loved the location and how perfect it was for our group gathering.
The couches were a little stiff, and the GFCI Outlet for the grill kept tripping, but those were very minor issues, and we were very happy with the place on the whole.

Everything we needed to ensure a pleasant stay. Great location close to Fish Camp and Distillery and offered private, off-street parking.
Short 10 minute walk to very center of the town.
Would definitely stay here again!

Etwas urige Unterkunft mit super zentraler dennoch ruhiger Lage in St. Augustine. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und der Zugang zum Haus erfolgte per Code. Vor dem Haus sind ausreichend Parkplätze für 2-3 Autos. Ausstattung ist ok.
Die Betten sind etwas hart und relativ klein. Die Zimmer und Wände im Haus sind sehr hellhörig. Ein Badezimmer ist neben der Küche und nicht am Schlafzimmer, leider nicht optimal für eine größere Gruppe.

Clean, modern and well-equipped! "Home away from home" is probably the most accurate description, with attention to detail being evident throughout the property (from complete cutlery and crockery sets in the kitchen to shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms and to high-spec washer and dryer). Add to that the location, which is literally "steps" to the city centre (5-7' walk, no need to drive), and you've got the perfect place to stay in quaint St Augustine. Would definitely look no further when visiting the area again!
If I really have to find something, it would be that the bathroom windows do not open, so the bathrooms can get steamed up and stay that way for quite long. But that's a very minor point in the greater scheme of things.

Excellent location for walking to historic downtown St Augustine
The most uncomfortable pillows we’ve ever slept on. Huge pillows. Everyone in our group complained about this.

This property was beautiful and spacious. Super clean and well equipped! Location was perfect to walking to city center and plenty of parking out of the way of traffic!
