There is plentiful seating for everyone! Our guests will enjoy full sized appliances, oversized counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. One of the main focal points of the kitchens are the oversized fridges / freezers. It's massive and perfect for all food and beverages to accommodate a family or group of 40 guests! The kitchens also feature granite countertops. A small balcony is accessible from each kitchen area. As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 10 bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own, full-size bathroom. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows: Bedroom 1: One King Size Bed Bedroom 2: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 3: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 4: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 5: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 6: One King Size Bed Bedroom 7: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 8: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 9: Two Full Size Beds Bedroom 10: Two Full size Beds Living Room: In the living room there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Centrally located in the apartment, there are 2 laundry / utility closets that feature 2 full sized washers and dryers. There are also 2 half bathrooms located in the hallway near each kitchen. At the very front of the condo is where the living areas are situated. The living areas feature ample seating for several guests. The living rooms are fully furnished and also offer multiple wet bars! The sofas actually convert to sleeper sofas and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in each. Guests will have access to multiple sofas, accent chairs, entertainment centers, multiple TV's with cable, and access to the ocean view balconies. While the view is restricted by other buildings, the ocean is still visible from the balconies! Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is a small, ocean view complex located across the street from the ocean. The complex features a small outdoor pool and free parking. Guests love being able to walk across the street and access the beach without having to drive anywhere! We offer free wifi and cable TV. As mentioned previously, we also provide all towels and linens, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and stocked bathrooms. Unlike other rentals in the area, there will be no charge for towels or linens. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you! Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow boats or trailers. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Skywheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats! Guest should be aware that the unit has some very heavy wear and tear! Please do not be surprised upon entering as this is a well used unit and it shows!! No refunds will be warranted for any of the wear and tear so please be advised before booking!! ****PLEASE NOTE: You will only receive 4 parking passes with this property and any additional vehicles will have to find alternative parking at your expense.
