Hôtel fonctionnel bien situé au centre du quartier Agdal de Rabat.

L'hôtel est récent et clair. Bien positionné au centre ville avec de nombreux commerces de proximité facilementr accessibles. Il est aussi très facile de trouver des taxis à proximité. Les chambres sont confortables.

Les chambres sont un peut petite avec un passage restreint entre le lit et le mur. L'espace de travail était un peu limité.

Heel aangenaam en fijn. Prima!

Locatie is prima. Ontbijt enorm verbeterd en e erg goed te noemen. Maar bovenal een heel goed en vriendelijk personeel. Zeer professioneel en bekwaam. De receptie is altijd goed bemand en zij kennen je naam en zijn erg gastvrij. Yasmine, Younes en de manager. Eigenlijk allemaal heel fijn en ik ken de namen niet helaas. Ga zo door!

Douche was is wat klein van de kamer die ik op de laatste dag had en het geluid langs de weg is zeer aanwezig. Slechte isolatie helaas. Maar dat geldt voor veel hotels.

The hotel is super clean and the staff is outstanding especially Ms. Naima, Ms . Akbal and Mr. Younis. The restaurant clerk was an outstanding as well. The hotel technician , who helped me in setting my room safe box was super helpful. It is an outstanding hotel with an exceptional staff. I do recommend this hotel to any traveler, great food, location and above all awesome staff

Hôtel agréable mais insonorisation à revoir

La chambre est grande et la literie est convenable. Le personnel est agréable Le petit déjeuner est frais et bon.

Les oreillers sont trop gros Le café du petit déjeuner est mauvais Mais ce qui a été le vrai point noir c’est l’isolation des chambres - j’y ai passé 4 nuits et c’était comme si mon voisin de chambre était avec moi - d’autant plus qu il veillait très tard avec ses collègues. On entendait tout ..

Good Boutique Hotel

The staff at front desk were very helpful and welcoming, Big Thank you to Youness and Niaima. Also, to Ali the overnight reception. There is a beautiful scent when you walked into the hotel and the room which made me relax immediately.

1: Although i paid an extra 100dhs for a room courtyard view as the one I was initially given was the street view I had a completely terrible night. 2: Room 201 is actually above the restaurant so I heard the noise from staff n guests. When the restaurant closed I could actually heard dishes and the cleaning of the floor. I went down to reception and Ali ensured me the noise will be reduced. I felt back asleep only to be bitten by mosquitoes!!! This time of the year there is no A/C but the weather was not cold so I left my window open to be cooler in the room…what a mistake. 3: Restaurant staff needs to stand at the entrance not behind the coffee machine to greet the guest. My breakfast was not enjoyable and the coffee machine coffee was thick like chocolate- I asked for another coffee had to pay 20dhs. The haiara was cold even though the light was on it was cold - when I told the manager I could hear the kitchen staff not very happy but it was reheated and brought out. 4: The water pressure in the shower while there is Rain head and hand held it was a task to shower. Lastly, give receipts for everything that is paid, do not wait for the guest to ask.
