Our 2nd floor beach condo has a direct ocean view, and overlooks the pool area, perfect for families w/children. Shore Villas' intact sea wall & stairs offer beach access to the less crowded NO DRIVE beach area. It is one of the smaller condo complexes in New Smyrna Beach. Condo upgrades include: dimmable ceiling can lights over the open floor plan, new windows, drapes, and rooftop air conditioner. The balcony furnishing updates make it ideal for enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Condo is newly remodeled and gorgeous. Great ocean view. I loved the smaller size of complex. It was convenient to walk both directions on the beach. And got to watch rocket launches. Great location near store and gym. Other guests were very friendly. Sam the manager was terrific and very helpful. I had a great time despite chilly weather.

This spot right in the heart of NSB was great for myself, my wife and our two daughters! The property was just as the listing described!

We had a great stay at Shore Villas. This condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed and appreciated all the updates to the unit and loved the keyless entry. The only thing that could of made our stay better was blackout shades or curtains in the bedrooms. A light on the exterior walkway kept the secondary bedroom bright at night and in the master the early sunrise lit up the room.

The condo was super clean! Everything was very updated and had all the things we needed. The host was very prompt to answer any questions we had and was super helpful with booking. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year.

Beautiful condo furnished with all the necessities and a few perks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay including but not limited to all the extras you would want for the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) and pool (diver rings & sinkers). There were a couple of beach towels but I'm glad we brought our own as there were 5 of us.
Amazing view from the 2nd floor balcony of both the pool and ocean. Pool was perfect and the beach nearly empty because of the time of year. We felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. Residents that were present were very friendly. Quick walk to the pool! Beach access is temporarily around the North building because the stairs by the pool were swept away by the hurricane.
Both Diane, the owner, and Sam, the property manager, were extremely pleasant. My husband enjoyed chatting with Sam throughout our stay. If I had to nitpick about anything, it would be the grainy feeling on the floors upon our arrival. Other than that, we had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again!

Very nicely updated condo! Awesome oceanfront balcony and view. We usually stay further north in NSB so we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this part of the beach. Diane was very quick to reply to any questions we had and Sam, the site manager was very nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay again. Literally the only thing that would have made for a better experience is if the floors and counters were cleaner. There was sand on the floors, counters a little dirty. But otherwise a great place!

We LOVED our stay at your condo. The view, the condo, the location were all amazing. Sam was friendly and always available if we had any questions. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The keyless entry was an unexpected bonus. Thank you

we just spent a week at this property and we were very pleased. The location is great, right on the beach and our unit had a balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly as depicted in the listing. The landlord was very responsive to the few questions we had. Sam the property manager was very helpful. We would highly recommend this property

Lovely NSB week!
We loved this condo! It had nice furnishings which we’re comfortable. The layout was open, large balcony with a fantastic view, comfortable beds, and it was quiet! Plenty of towels, blankets, ect. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay!!! Thank you!

The owners continue to make wonderful additions which are certainly quite evident that they are dedicated in ensuring that every need of their guests is met. Since our last visit, the master bath has been updated, there are new air purifiers, 2 newly mounted flat screen TV's, new master bedding decor and more. It's beautiful and has everything you need (including new beach chairs and plenty of beach towels.) We are so thankful that you share your condo with us and during our stay we care for it as though it is ours! Hope to stay here again next summer. Ricky and Donna Knox

We have stayed in Nsb before but not at this property. From the VRBO ask a question- The responses were very prompt, accurate and friendly!.
This unit has been updated and is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. The linens were nice and the beds were comfortable. . We've stayed at many places where the beds ruined
our stay and I can say these beds were very comfortable and I slept very well. From the room you can look right out onto the pool and beach! As I have a 15-year-old and 11-year-old, my husband and I was able to make meals or just hang out on the patio with a glass of wine and watch them swim in the pool. Very very family oriented. We were there over spring break season and the property was filled with families. This was great as I gave our kids someone to play with and we didn't have to worry about a lot of noise from spring breakers. Thank you to the owners are being so responsive, Sam for being so friendly and a great property manager and Judy for being so kind and absolutely amazing (our condo was so clean) and helping us pick restaurants and such. Hope to be back in a few months. Oh... stop at Drake's surf shop to get lessons or rent boards,bikes, boards, boogie boards. He and his wife are so nice

Communication was excellent with instructions of expectations at check in and check out. The property manager Sam was so friendly and so were a handful of the full time residents. So many wonderful memories were made on this trip. We will definitely look to book at this location again for future visits!

We had the best time this week. The condo unit is perfectly placed in front of the pool that my 92 year old aunt was able to sit on the balcony and watch us in the pool. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great with this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only complaints we had were the old worn out sheets & the 3 channels we could watch on tv. Otherwise, everything was wonderful & we would stay again.

Beach retreat
This was our second year in this condo. The decor is lovely, the view was absolutely amazing and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us….we plan to return again next year!

Fabulous Family Fun
We had a fabulous time. Loved the condo and complex. Condo was decorated beautifully, very clean, bedding very comfortable , had many extras! Complex was clean, pool was spacious, never crowded! Plan on coming again really soon!

Excellent condo
My teenage kids and I stayed here for Spring Break. The condo is up to date with everything you could ever need plus more. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect as it being on the no drive part of the beach. The pool was clean and heated and there was more than enough space and chairs to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend renting this condo as you will not be disappointed.

NSB Florida Escape
We very much enjoyed your lovely condo, especially the view from the balcony. We would have our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the ocean. Sam, the property manager, was very helpful and always pleasant. We hope to visit again soon.
