Never book this hotel it's full of mosquito's

There are alot of mosquito in the facility and the rooms, no room service was provided. All drunk people were roaming near room

Location is good.. you can get everything nearby this hotel.

They have a bar attached to this hotel in ground floor. You will see a group of boys always stand in front/entrance of this hotel and thus ladies would feel uncomfortable to pass by.. they say it's a deluxe double room but the actual size of the room and comfort failed to fulfill the expectations. And moreover they will say they have parking facility but it will be completely occupied by the people who work in the bar and by the customers of that bar.. you will need to awake until 12AM if you want to park your car in their parking area because that's the time all the people who come to the bar will leave from that place and give you space for parking..

The property has bar and entrance of it is adjacent to the reception in the same lobby. Lot of nuisance. All covered parking places were occupied y the bar customers and my car was to be parked on the road.

Worst hotel experience @ Pondicherry

Nothing impressed. Hotel, room condition and staff behaviour was so disappointing.

Room condition was so pathetic, poor housekeeping, no drinking water, no dust bin, many spots in walls, paint coming out etc. and more over they provided us the old and damager bedsheets and not ready to replace them despite of several requests. They replaced only one bedsheet in night after a lot of argument. Ultimately we found ourselves cheated as we paid a handsome amount to the hotel.

Worst quality of bed and sheets. No value for money. Unprofessional staff, no hot water properly Bathroom was not clean

We booked big room with balcony. They gave us a below standard room with no balcony. Very dirty.

Worst staff behavior

Nothing much to like in the property.. restaurant is also closed. It's running like a lodge with no amenities and dirty pillow cases and bedsheets

Worst attitude and behavior by the front office staff in the night who refused to give All Out for mosquitoes and refused to give the proprietor number to call and complain. Even challenged to call the police and make a complaint stating that he is not bothered

They showed us good quality room before making payment. But after we made payment, they provided us very poor quality room. Also they are charging 500 rs extra for cleaning bed sheets. Pls don't book this hotel. In Online, they are showing good quality rooms. But in reality they are providing bad quality rooms.
