Fantastic location. Spacious home. It was great having 2 bathrooms, and was ideal for my family of 5, and my elderly parents to all stay and not feel crowded. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. We loved the back deck overlooking the bay and the private BBQ area
The water wasn't hot enough. Even with the hot tap only turned on, the shower wasn't hot enough

The house was well located, just a short walk to the beach.
The house did not feel loved. The outdoor picnic table was encrusted with sea sand so we could not use it. There was no furniture on the balcony to enjoy a meal outside. The stools in the dining room were very uncomfortable and my father in law fell off one that was broken.

Lovely house in a great, quiet location. Very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Location.
Definitely only a beach house. Very basic despite the price. Furnished and kitted out cheaply. Horrible dining chairs (only uncomfortable stools). No matching crockery, cutlery or glasses. Glasses were filthy. Cheap and nasty outdoor furniture. Garden unkempt.

the open plan of the property was lovely. the house was set in stunning bush land looking out to the ocean. it was lovely and peaceful
the house is split level which could be a problem for less mobile people.

The booking agency messed up the booking
Which meant I had to pay an extra $120 dollars
I booked the house for 4 adults and 2 infants
On the receipt it clearly said booked for two adults
Ended up $800 for two nights. Outrageously expensive for a family

The space of the house and the separate bathrooms, and all of the cooking utensils pots pans glasses etc there was plenty of cooking utensils and pans which is great. We liked that we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes and the location was great only a short drive to all attractions and activities and in a nice quiet cultersack loved the location and how tranquil it is very relaxing.
As check in wasn't until 3pm and it is summer and it was quite a hot day the house air conditioning could have been left on as the house took a long time to cool down, and one of the ceiling fans in the bedroom we couldn't use. As it needs to be re adjusted.
There were quite alot of cobwebs on outside of building, and blinds were very dusty but apart from that everything else was clean.
Also may need to have a welcome book with some information on local attractions and food options and instructions for wifi we didn't find the wifi password on the fridge until the check out day but that's okay just thought future guests may want more information.
Stools at the table very uncomfortable to sit at.
