Friendly staff, very friendly in fact. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable. Affordable price

Still have issues with outside humming noise from a generator or whatever. Bit far from centre of city. Big rats in bins at entrance 🤭 Return guest, got one dollar discount 🤣

Nice size rooms and friendly staff.

No fridge in room, no soap, just shower gel and shampoo, bath, toilet and sink all leaking so always step ok wet bathroom floors, cockroaches in room, big stains on sheets and no blanket, just a thin sheet expected to be used as blanket. Awkward, loose and minimal power outlets.

Staff, especially day staff were excellent, friendly n helpful.cleaning staff very efficient too

Night porter needs a personality. Internet was not working too well in room and at night the sound of a generator, or what sounded like a generator, buzzing near window, kept me awake at times

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned frequently. A good sleep in a comfy bed. The AC worked well. Windows opened with no problem. A fairly peaceful area with plenty of local food and shops. A very good stay.

There was nothing i didn't like.

No breakfast, TV broken without sound, room is very dirty and old.

I will be back anytime this hotel when I make business trip or leisure , staff friendly Facilities very clean, quite feeling like home
