*** DIRECT OCEANFRONT UNIT WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE DAYTONA SHORELINE *** Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridors lead to this luxurious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom luxurious condo. Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling and crown molding. Entry: you walk through the double doors under a rotunda ceiling with a chandelier. 3rd bedroom: To your right will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a 55" smart tv with cable. Kitchen: As you proceed down the entry corridor you will come up on the gorgeous living room, off to your right is the luxury gourmet chef's kitchen that is fully loaded with amenities for your cooking needs. Living room / Dining room: The living room boasts gorgeous Italian leather couches and a 55” smart tv with direct oceanfront views and a sliding glass door to access the balcony. The dining room has a low top table with seating for 6 as well as the additional bar seating at the kitchen. Master bedroom: To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, Italian leather loveseat, 55” smart TV, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower. 2nd bedroom: To the right of the living room is dining area, entry to the half bath, and a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a queen size bed, a memory foam futon, a 55” smart TV, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower. Balcony: The balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features an Kenyon electric outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean. ***AMENITIES*** Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly. Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards. Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbathe if the beach side is windy. Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities. The back deck has a 80 ft. heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in. Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip. *****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE***** Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25) 1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO. CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (if the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know) LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100 PARKING: We get one reserved parking spot and a second parking pass for a first come first serve spot in the garage that has a clearance of 6'7ft. If you’re oversized you will need to research other area parking. No trailers. PET: One pet max 20lb weight limit No aggressive breeds Need up to date vet records showing rabies $150 pet fee KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. CHECKOUT: Is at 10:00 am ___________________ HOUSE RULES: 1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building) 2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit. 3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. 4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit. 5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. 6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. 8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay). 9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) 10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both. 11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out. 12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost. 13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building) 14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available. 15. Checkout is 10am. 16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email. ___________________ NEARBY: 5 Minutes from all of the Daytona Nightlife. 10 minutes to Daytona International Airport and Speedway 10 minutes to Volusia Mall 20 minutes to Daytona Tanger Outlets (Nike, Under Armor, etc) 45 Minutes to Blue Springs State Park 1 hour to Kennedy Space Center 1 hour to Saint Augustine 1.5 hours to Disney, Universal, Downtown Orlando

We stayed here during move in week for our two college boys who attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. It was convenient to get to and from campus. We enjoyed the pool to cool off and the beach for long walks. The bonus was a rocket launch that we saw from the beach!

We had the best trip. This condo is absolutely beautiful. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Daytona! The property manager Lucas was very helpful and quick to respond when we had an issue with parking. Can not say one bad thing about our stay here. We have told everyone if they visit Daytona they need to stay here! Thank you!
