Villa is very modern and very clean has everything you need apart from a toaster

We booked this mainly for the 4 bedrooms as there was 4 travellers and it advertised when we booked an Olympic size swimming pool this is still in the description however upon arrival the pool was empty we contacted the owner who advised it had been broken almost a year and when we asked for some reimbursement they refused as said it was booking.com who had not altered the page - he did pay for us to have just 2 day all inclusive at the Palmin Hotel we were there for 21 days, this ended up an expensive 21 days for us as we had to either travel to other hotels and pay or use the facilities or go to the beach which was not ideal as one of our group was in a wheelchair as she had broken her heel prior to going so could not bear weight on her leg therefore could not come with us. He did provide a small children’s pool at my request as I had seen it in the pictures however he said it really was for children but I asked them to set it up so we could at least try and cool down after sitting outside. I would suggest before booking for the future you contact for confirmation the pool is now functional if the pool is s must for you as it was us I did speak with booking.com who advised the owner would not offer any reimbursement as he provided a swimming pool (children’s dip pool) we did get a token payment from booking.commas a gesture of goodwill and advised we try the owner again but it is pointless as he is blaming them.is s must the owner sent me in Turkish the ad he sent to booking.com to amend which may well have been done on the Turkish site but as I pointed out we are English and booked via the uk site. The villa is also on many other rental sites still advertised with a pool.

The house was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable Location was perfect ! Homeowners were amazing, helpful and kind! We even had a barbecue outside that we used a few times. This house had everything you can possibly think of that you would need .

They help us a lot! Ado was a superb host. He made us feel at home. And like family. Very helpful and friendly. Do to a flight cancellations we had to change the location of our arriving, he was extremely helpful with information we couldn’t find online. He help us with transportation to and from the new locations. The house was very clean. The pictures do not do it justice on just how beautiful the house is. It has everything we needed and more for our stay. Great central location to all the ruins we wanted to see in other cities! It’s located in a fantastic area, within easy walking distance of great cafes.

if I could say one thing it possibly be the air conditioning in x2 rooms had air con in 2 beds and downstairs but lacking in all rooms or a least a couple small fans

Very friendly host, helped with all questions and answered very quick (He lives very close to Villa). Safety place. Comfortable rooms. There are 3 bathrooms and extra toilet, which is very comfortable, when you are 2-3 families. Dishwasher and washing machine were brand new and it safe a lot of time) Nice yard with big umbrella. Description of Villa is totally correct. It is very comfortable place for 2-3 families with children or just 3-4 couples. Special place for parking. Nearby is food shop. Very good if you are traveling by car as there are a lot of nice historical places and National Park.
