Staff very friendly and always helpful

Food and drinks overly expensive and they don't want you to buy and bring anything to the premises. Very nice swimming pool but can't swim in bloody cold water, they should heat it up

Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren Reihenblocks auf 3 Stockwerken. In der Mitte der Anlage ist der Poolbereich und im Untergeschoss befinden sich Restaurant, Bar, Fitness, Spa etc. Die Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Parken ist vor der Anlage kostenlos möglcih. WIFI auch kostenlos und ausreichend.

Beim Frühstück waren die warmen Speisen leider teilsweise kalt. Denke mal weil Nebensaison war. Hier lieber kleinere Portionen ans Buffet servieren und öfter nachfüllen oder die Wärmeplatten höher drehen.

I liked the room, it was amazing. The gym and spa area. The hotel its self is beautiful.

The breakfast could have more options and it would be good if the outdoor pool was heated so you can use in winter. All inclusive option would have been good.

Breakfast has good options. The hotel was beautiful itself. The rooms were clean and tidy and so spacious, totally worth it Its far from the city center and most attractions but that isn't an issue because the bus station is across the street.

Light behind tv was flashing in bedroom asked to get it fixed never happened, staff was rude and really poor quality of food

Disgusting. We had to move rooms because their locks are jammed and their lights were twitching. We had to sleep with the lights on and 2 technicians who spoke no english came into the room and blacked out the room without letting us know. We found mouldy chocolate in the fridge that was in the hotel room which made us sick. Additionally, checking out was the worse experience i’ve ever had. They didn’t compensate us or make us feel comfortable here. Would definitely NOT recommend it if you want to feel comfortable. Terrible experience.

I stayed in a superior suite and it was total luxury at a very affordable price. The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite overall was very spacious. I was impressed with the buffet breakfast, it was a good selection.

It’s quite far to walk anywhere. It’s important to have a car, otherwise taxis will be required.

The pool is nice

Service is very bad, room not cleaned properly. Cups were always clean, balcony wasn’t clean daily, room service is very very bad. They didn’t put shampoo and shower gel every day. Jakuzi was dirty.

Die Zimmer waren schön

Von vorne bis hinten alles furchtbar. 5 Sterne? Das ich nicht lache. Das einzig Gute an dem Hotel war das Zimmer. Obwohl die Couch zum Schlafen steinhart war und das WLAN nicht funktionierte. Das Personal war super unfreundlich. Wir haben eine ranzige, abgenutzte Zimmerkarte bekommen und ein Zimmer direkt neben der Reinigungskraft. Diese Frau ist die Unverschämtheit in Person. Sie benutzte 3 mal ihre Karte und kam einfach ungefragt in unser Zimmer rein, auch wenn wir mehrmals „no“ geschriehen haben. Sie hat überhaupt nicht unsere Privatsphäre respektiert. Sie wollte vermutlich heimlich in unser Zimmer, weil ihr Lager direkt daneben ist. Eine Frechheit. Diese Frau müsste gekündigt werden. Wir haben ihr auf türkisch mit dem Google Übersetzer übersetzt, dass wir bitte nicht gestört werden wollen und unser Zimmer für die eine Nacht, die wir dort verbringen, nicht geputzt werden muss. Wir haben auch vorne das „do not disturb“ Zeichen gesetzt. Trotzdem kam sie immer wieder einfach ohne Klopfen, ohne alles, rein! Wir haben uns so verarscht und unsicher gefühlt! Abends wird man mit komischen Anrufen belästigt. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Das Frühstück langweilig. Der Strand ist angeblich 8 Minuten entfernt.. das aber nur mit Shuttlebus, der nur 3 mal zu furchtbaren Zeiten fährt. Sonst zu Fuß eine Stunde! Wir waren nur unsere letzte Nacht vor dem Rückflug nach Deutschland dort und dieses Hotel hat uns den ganzen Urlaub zerstört. So ein furchtbares Hotel wirklich, bloß nicht!

Det var skikkelig fint hotell. Alt fra inngangen til hotellet, soverom, restauranten og hele hotellet var skikkelig fint. Hotellrommet var helt magisk med jacuzzi, egen stue sone og soverom. Frokosten og maten på hotellet var helt fantastisk

השירות חובבני ולא ראוי למלון 5* . אכזבה גם מארוחת הערב בחצי פנסיון. המלון ממוקם בשומקום ולמזלנו היה לנו רכב שכור. ביקשנו ארוחת בוקר צימחונית לארוז לטיסת בוקר וקיבלנו נקניק עם גבינה. כנראה שלכאן לא נשוב

Personeel was aardig. Structuur van hotel was mooi

Stank buiten het hotel. We kregen in eerste instantie een andere kamer dan dat we hadden geboekt. Geen borden en bestek in de keuken. Ontbijt viel best tegen. Fitnessruimte is na 22:00 gesloten. Zwembad na 19:00 gesloten. Na 22:00 kan je niks in het hotel. Alles is in euro's (eten en drinken). Gaming room slaat nergens op. Er was alleen een pooltafel en een voetbaltafel

We had 5 rooms and we were all in the same block and we had two pool rooms which was good for easy access to the pool.

The breakfast wasn’t great so ended up spending a lot of money on room service.

The services were not good at all, didn't get water, blankets at time. Ac was not working properly in one of the rooms. Staff was not helpful.

The Hotel was very nice, and clean. The staff were generally very could and answered all my questions before and during my staff. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and the breakfast and diner food was great. The room it self was very very nice.

We travelled in July, and the temperature was 45 degrees. The room was very hot, even with the air con. It did not make a great difference. We struggled to sleep a couple of night. We informed the reception, but to no avail.

It was good clean
