We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic property! We came to participate in a softball tourney that ended up being rained out so we got to enjoy the waterpark instead! This property is a short walk into town, which we did twice during our 2-night stay. Classy decorations and a tub my kids enjoyed bathing in with a super cute deck out back (2nd story). Chris was prompt, professional and kind in his responses to my requests and helped make our stay stress-free! Thank you!

Great restaurants near by. Chris had lots of excellent suggestions. Great little balcony and the bathroom remodel is beautiful.

Had a great first time visiting Frankenmuth and the fact that the apartment was so close was great never had to drive more then 2-3 minutes to do anything in town. Would stay again. :)

Our stay was great! Very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The bathroom is beautiful and extremely big. Our bed was very comfortable (we slept on the king bed.) The kitchenette area has a nice mini fridge and in it was a filter water pitcher which was a nice touch. The house is a five minute walk to Frankenmuth Brewery. Neighborhood is quaint. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is one block from Main Street, AND you can park right out front.
It was spacious and quiet. Appreciated the bathroom and had fun with the many doors. You should show a picture of the little sitting porch. Just a couple of things. Put a baby gate by the back stairs. Provide tea bags, coffee creamer and sugar free sweetener. Otherwise it was perfect.

Came to Frankenmuth for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. Chris was a responsive and thoughtful host! The accommodations were just as described and the location was perfect for our needs. When not walking the few short blocks to the "city center" we strolled the neighborhood with out dog, enjoying the sunshine and local flora. Chris also had amazing recommendations in his Guestbook! We ended up eating brunch at Honey B's twice :)

Great location for a Frankenmuth get away.
We stayed here instead of the splash village hotel as it was much ch more affordable and then bought day passes for splash village. It worked out well.
The balcony was nice and cozy for watching the sunrise and set.
The neighborhood was cute and made for nice walks with the dog.
Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

This was an adorable apartment with a beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed that it was within walking distance of downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. We would most certainly rent the space again. When booking the rental, I did miss that it was an apartment without a full kitchen, therefore, if you looking for a kitchen space this would not fit your needs. However, there are many wonderful eateries in the area that my husband and I were happy with the small appliances provided.

We stayed five nights at this cozy apartment on a historic street in Frankenmuth. We could walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go and the area was quiet with ample street parking. The apartment is furnished nicely, has large bedrooms and plenty of closet space. There is a nice sitting room with bay window. A little kitchenette offers a table and chairs, dorm size fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Bring your own paper plates and cups, plastic ware as needed. The bathroom is large and lovely with a little deck that would be nice in warmer weather. The host provides good, quick, friendly communication. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Friends weekend for shopping and relaxing. Nice and close to the main action. Not a lot of details about the area or the house. Some information was noted. Interesting set up. Depending on what your needs may be- the basics were provided.
Advice - bring all toiletries and Kleenex in colder weather. Kitchenette is bare bare bones. Bring anything you think you need for coffee- including spoons- any cutlery and glasses to drink out of.
The linens were lovely on the beds. Nice blinds. Quiet area.

We loved our stay in Frankenmuth and this home. We rented the whole place in order to cook our Thanksgiving meal. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for all us us to sleep, fantastic kitchen, absolutely amazing location…..so cozy. It even snowed for us on arrival day but warmed up just enough to make walking the streets comfortable over the next several days. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

This charming, historic property is located on a beautiful tree-lined residential street that was very quiet and within walking distance of everything. Cozy 2 bedroom space with a shared spectacular bathroom between the rooms, but also with a little distance for privacy. It is perfect for a Frankenmuth stay if you don't require a full kitchen. There was only a dorm size fridge with no ice maker to fill up our cooler, so that was the only thing that was a bit of a bummer. I suppose we could have asked the host to get some from his fridge but we were pressed for time and just ended up getting some ice from a nearby hotel.

Excellent location to downtown Frankenmuth for easy walking and leaving the car at the house yet on a very quiet and tranquil residential street.
There is a private balcony on the second floor which made a very nice place to have breakfast or wind down in the evening with a nice string of white lights strung up that you can flip on for very attractive lighting.
The bedroom has its own air conditioner as well as a cieling fan which was very nice and the temperature was always comfortable during our late July stay.
The Owner, Chris is a great host. At
9:49 p.m. I made a request thru VRBO messaging to the owner to leave a couple additional items for our breakfast the next day and he responded immediately and had the items waiting for us when we returned later that night.
Quite simply a great location and a very comfortable home. Enjoy!

Beautiful
Beautiful historic home, walking distance to Main St. Extremely gracious host that was attentive to our needs since it was extra hot out. VERY clean and inexpensive of the most beautiful marble bathrooms I've ever seen in a rental. Check in was easy. We will be back the next time we are up from FL.

My family has come to Frankenmuth many times over the years. This trip has been the best one yet, and a good deal of that has to do with this house. So much more room than any hotel, and much cheaper, too! Will definitely be coming back.
