חסרים לא מעט דברים, כל פעם צריך לבקש השלמות

Colazione eccezionale! Ottima posizione per.visitare i principali centri di attrazione. Noi personalmente abbiamo visitato il SeaWorld e ne siamo rimasti affascinati. Piscina esterna favolosa!

Eravamo tre adulti, ma i kit personali erano per due.

Everything was very good, its very child friendly and everyone was accommodating for the kids. Breakfast was goo, and the kids club was great Tickets to the parks are great value for money

Nothing good stay

מאוד נקי,יפה... מטופח. העובדים מאוד מנומסים ואדיבים. שידרגו לנו את החדר בלי שביקשנו.. היה מעולה. כולל כניסות לפארקים.

Наличие балкона - хорошее дополнение. Туалет отдельно от ванной-душевой. Причем в туалете своя раковина для мытья рук. Дополнительное маленькое зеркало в ванной со своей подсветкой + Классный шампунь/кондиционер Разнообразный завтрак Билеты в парк, которые прилагаются - для нас выигрышный вариант, так как нас было четверо.

Очень тяжелые/массивные двери внутри номера: в туалет и ванную Раздвижной двери в ванную логично было бы сделать ручку, так как не удобно и сложно открывать/закрывать дверь, используя тот замок, который врезан в дверь

Останавливались второй раз. Сервис остался на том же высоком уровне. Детям как и в первый раз не принесли постельное, не проблема, но чувствуешь себя немного обиженным, ведь на стойке регистрации снимали паспорта всех заселяющихся. Почему нужно звонить на ресепшен и сообщать, что дети без постельного белья? Завтрак вкусный, кофе отличный, с парками стало проще, теперь выдают одну бумажку на всех на все время проживания, раньше по одной на каждого и приходилось несколько раз подходить, чтобы продлевали посещение. Уборка тоже норм. Появилась питьевая вода в свободном доступе, за это просто отдельный респект. Остаюсь при своем мнении, сюда удобно ехать только с целью походов в парки аттракционов, больше делать нечего. Прямого выхода к морю нет, опять же, если с детьми то только бассейн во внутреннем дворе, т.е. картинка для глаз такая себе) для взрослых есть отдельный бассейн через дорогу там поприятнее. Есть пляж Яс, он платный, в этот раз не были, но раньше у отеля был ваучер на 50% скидку. По мне пляж дорогой и никакущий, там не море, а залив, такое чувство, что купаешься у бабушки на речке. В выходные очень много местных в отеле.

Bel emplacement avec accès direct à Yas Bay. Une belle piscines très sympathique et agréable. Le personnel est au top. L'hôtel est bien un 5 étoiles. Pour ce qui est des parcs (Waterworld, Ferrari, SEA World et Warner) la navette Yas vous y emmene sans difficultés avec une bonne fréquence. Nous n'avons pas testé les restaurants.

Simplement des améliorations : kids club davantage adapté à des petits de moins de 2 ans, l'espace jeux et pataugeoire extérieurs est vieillissant. Les jeux d'eau ne fonctionnaient pas.

Excellent hotel. Facilities are top class. Breakfast was divine, pool is lovely and great bars nearby (McCafferty’s). The fact that the theme park ticket is included is such a good deal.

The breakfast, the view and the concept incl. tickets to the parks nearby. Staff is nice too.

The noise. There are parties around the hotel until 4 am and it’s like you are in a club yourself. We were supposed to be in the calm area of the hotel. They offered to change us room at 1 am but the kids were asleep so we didn’t. The kids club opens at 9 am (babies and toddlers wake up in average between 6 and 7 am.. very logical decision…). The hotel is pretty dirty in the common areas like the pools where food is left to rooten for hours before someone picks them up. Disgusting.

Nice location, good facilities, and very good room services and house keeping

الغرفة واسعة جدا واشكر مدير الفندق ومساعدة الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب خير ما اخترتوا متعاونين جدا مع الزائرين

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and delicious. The location was excellent and convenient.

Need to provide better offers on room rates with more discounted price.

Tout est très bien. Hotel propre, bien placé, fonctionnel, gentillesse extrême de tout le personnel. Entrées aux parc inclues, un vrai plus.

Hotel was mooi, schoon en goede voorzieningen.

De kamer was voor 4 personen (volwassenen) maar die slaapbank is echter niet comfortabel voor kinderen ouder dan 10/12 jaar. Helaas ook geen balkon.

Everything was amazing! Very clean Hotel, amazing and friendly staff. Amazing variety of breakfast. No complaints at all!

Absolutely Nothing !

The rooms and the hotel itself is really clean. The lady named Yasmin upon check in was really helpful and always smile which could brightens people's day. On the other hand, the lady named Jane never smiles and seems unhappy to assist. I hope it is not because we are Asians. And I also hope that she would have the same mood as Yasmin. The lady in lobby restaurant, named Nhin, if I remember correctly (I think she is from Myanmar) was really kind and at her best in customer service. The Hotel should hire more staffs like her. The chef at hot food section (rice and beans) went the extra mile and cooked a very yummy fried rice for me. Each night of stay has got one free access to Yas theme Parks. We chose the Sea World, it was an amazing experience. Overall, our stay was excellent. It was unforgettable.

We sat outside at the quieter breakfast and it was superb. Extensive food choice, attentive staff, everything we tried was delicious!

We got a little confused as the end the food was served was changed, at first we thought every day, but on occasion a couple of days at the same end, nothing too dramatic, just a little confusing!

I liked that they have everything in one roof- they have lounge, restaurant, spa, salon, pool for adult and kids, play area for kids (which is so nice btw), and the staff are all polite. I also appreciate that one senior staff stepped in and helped us get an earlier check in when the other staff said it can’t be done and that we have to wait for more than 4 hours to check-in as per the hotel timing. Sometimes when people go out of their way to make guests comfortable like an early check in if it is doable then that is really a plus point for the hotel. With that positive experience, we have rebooked the same hotel in September 2024 because they were gracious enough to accommodate our early check in request on this stay. 😊 Also, they have a lounge in the ground floor which is very cozy and items are not overpriced. Amazing place! Also, they have a beautiful kids club where your kids can play while you wait for your check in or check out. I really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

I didn’t like that when we got into our room there were no trash-bags, conditioner bottle was empty, towels and toiletries as well as the everything else in the room is only for two even though the hotel knows we booked for four (it was hard to call again and again the housekeeping every time we will find some items like trash bags were not there. Also the trash can in the toilet can improve better if it is not so tiny because tissues tend to be thrown every time in there and the tiny trashcan needs to be replaced by tiny plastic every 5 or less usage (and we had to change it ourselves because calling housekeeping service for that is not really good for them as they are always busy too.)

The hotel is located in an excellent area and close to attractions in the city. Mobility to and from the hotel without a car will be expensive.

The rooms are small, and the bathrooms have no ventilation. Access to the pools and the promenade is cumbersome. There is no good access to the rooms, and the hotel's layout is poor. The price is not justified, and the hotel rating is 3.

Great location on Yas Bay and access to all theme parks included with a free shuttle around Yas Island. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the pool was just right for the kids. Plenty of restaurants on Yas Bay to explore out of the hotel.

The Mcaffertys pub within the hotel was open until 2am every night. Whilst we understand people are on holiday and having a pub on site is good for a drink, we were right above it and the music was blaring loud until very late. We had two young kids with us and by the end of our 5 night stay it wasn't enjoyable. Limiting late opening to weekends might be better, or turning down the music after 11pm.
