I would give this property 10 stars if I could. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could want. Stunning drive to Cooperstown. You do need to navigate two flights of stairs in and out.

Our trip to Cooperstown was amazing! We also loved staying here, but it was a bit of a drive (about 45 minutes from Cooperstown). The house was located above a dried flower shop which was adorable. I wish we would have had more time in Sharon Springs but overall, we had a great experience.

Very clean quaint accommodations totally supplied with all you may need for your stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling through this scenic area.

As advertised and extremely clean and well maintained. We came for a Cooperstown baseball tournament, so the location was a little farther than ideal, but 100 times better than staying in a hotel room all week. As long as you are ok with being somewhat away from everything, I highly recommend this apartment. And Maria was super nice and responsive with all communications.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay with our 5 year old son. We had plenty of room to spread out and a large yard to play in. The hostess Maria was more than accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Very cute loft was perfect for our visit to Cooperstown. Plenty of space for family time and two separate bedrooms. Host was very quick to respond with questions.

We enjoyed our stay in Sharon Springs at the lovely home. It was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Sheets and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were 2 adults & 2 dogs. The ‘loft’ was super clean & very well appointed. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking - hosts kindly provided a propane grill - there are some nice details throughout. The location is very quiet even for August. Hosts were very helpful with request for an in house dinner with friends. Overall, a most pleasant visit. Glimmerglass Opera is 30 mins or less away - a must see for us!

Mike & Maria's place was great for a long weekend getaway. It's well appointed with everything you need and close to great restaurants and shops, including their own shop downstairs and a fantastic restaurant next door.

Immaculate, beautifully-decorated apartment in a lovely little town! The owners were nice and responsive and even offered for us to visit their nearby farm! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful stay in Sharon Springs. The apartment was charming, comfortable and clean. There are many attractions in the area to visit and the town itself was welcoming. Maria was very responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, sweet town
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this pristine, historic property right in the heart Sharon Springs. Maria, our host, could not have been more pleasant nor accommodating. Highly recommend.

Adorable spot. Maria was an excellent host. She gave us terrific recommendations for area eats and attractions, and the apartment itself was awesome. The beds were super comfy and the floorboards made the woodworker in me geek out. The neighborhood shops were amazing (especially Tony at the Black Cat Cafe, and the Kindness Shop totally lived up to its name). We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

An observation, there is an outside wooden staircase leading up to its second floor location which requires careful stepping.

Very well maintained loft apartment. The owner was helpful when the power was out for the first 8 hours of me stay. Not a good fit for those who have trouble with stairs. Kitchen had everything you might need. Linens and towels were ample and a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time in Sharon Springs. Mike and Maria were such lovely hosts and made our family feel so welcome. Our young daughters even had the chance to go pick fresh lavender at their farm! Can’t wait to go back.

Very neat and clean. There were many small touches that made it a great stay. It was quiet and there was plenty of room for the three of us. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Cooperstown area.

My only regret staying at this property is that we did not do it at a time where the weather was warmer. Sharon Springs is a cute historic town and the loft we stayed in fit right in. The place was cozy, clean, and fit all of our needs in Sharon Springs. It is right across the street from some cute shops (like Beekman 1802). Parking was plentiful and the property was well maintained. The loft is right above a cute shop which was nice because we did not have to worry about bothering other tenants or the owners. Would definitely stay here again!
