Spacious, comfortable great room with reclining furniture and a cozy area rug. Dining room table with a large leather bench for big group meals or game nights! Well equipped, modern kitchen with eat-in bar and large island. Breakfast nook with high top table. 60" TV in room off of kitchen with couch, extra seating/storage/trays. Master bedroom has King size bed, wall mounted tv & blu ray player, huge walk in closet and features ensuite bath with huge custom shower featuring dual shower heads (one rain head & one hand held) & built in bench. 18" Queen Airbed with headboard & internal pump available for extra charge. Graco Pack & Play (mattress pad & sheet provided) available for an extra charge. Second King bedroom is down the hall & has a comfy accent chair & a large closet with built in shelving. The other 2 bedrooms both feature 2 Twin XL beds & large closets with built in shelving. The second full bath has a Tuscan inspired tub surround & sink. The back yard features abundant seating, a high top fire pit table with swivel chairs & the sparkling pool & spa of your dreams! ***Pool only reaches swimmable temps late March through late October. My overall impression was a 4 1/2 star out of 5 but it didn't give that option. Home was very close to interstate and very nice had plenty of games to play n my family loved the putt putt golf. However i was disappointed that there were only 2 tv in the home and with multiple people we needed more. It was December when i stayed couldn't get hot tub to get hot enough to get in, had bathtub but could only take showers our little one wanted to do bath. TV not a real drawback just my preference. Really nice place would rent it again.

This is a great property. it was very clean and quite. House had everything we needed to cook and spend a great Thanksgiving with family that live in the area. The host was great to communicate with and made everything easy for us.

The location of this beautiful home was perfect for us with many shops and restaurants nearby. Most things were only a few minutes away, others 15 minutes, and even the airport was 30 minutes early in the morning. The house is really nice and equipped with most items you need. Plenty of towels, shampoo, kitchen items, cards and games, and pool floats. The bed situation was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids (2 bedrooms have king beds, 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each). The owner is amazing and communicated with us throughout our stay when we had questions. Large garage to park your car in to keep it as cool as possible in that hot Phoenix sun. We look forward to a return visit and highly recommend this vacation home!

I’ve stayed in VRBO’s all over the world. This particular time we HAD to go to 120 degree AZ for an emergency. We stayed a week +/- and still need to go back for the next few following weekends. This host is compassionate, considerate, flexible, inviting and very caring. The property is immaculate ( and I’m hard to please ) comfortable, well stocked and loaded with all the features!! If I could give 10 stars, it’s deserving

Loved our stay! I’ve stayed in several homes over the years and this one by far has the best stocked kitchen from dishes, cups, silverware to all you need to cook! The home was clean and had so much room! Grandkids loved the pool!

House was very nice - particularly to outdoor space. Also probably one of the best stocked properties we have rented. We really appreciated not having to go buy the little things that come up often with these rentals.
The outdoor patio, pool and hot tub were the real win of this property. We spent a good deal of time outside - and there was space for everyone in both sun and shade. The pool was a little cold in late March...which the owner was clear about before we booked. Our only issue was the hot tub was a little difficult to get hot and ofter took several hours to do so daily. Would have been better if it was hot when we wanted it to be.
All-in-all a great Spring Break stay and we will likely return again in the future.

The accommodations were very nice and the location is easily accessible to the airport, golf courses and dining/shopping. Bernadine responded almost immediately to a couple of questions we had so that was appreciated. Highly recommend this home.

My family and I had an amazing time at thie property! The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus! The kids would have been content to spend every day by the pool! From this location it was about 3 hours to the Grand Canyon, and we also spent some time hiking White Tank (about 25 mins away) and Papago park (about 30-40 mins away). Very close to shopping and lots of dining options.

We were in town moving parents into an assisted living facility. We were very busy during the day, but felt as if the house was a wonderful respite refuge that provided us with some peace at the end of some difficult days. Bernadette was very responsive and an excellent host.

Perfect Stay Away from Home
The property was completely well maintained and clean. There were all the amenities I would need to make my stay comfortable. Pool toys, towels, bath and kitchen needs, BBQ! The owner even helped me immediately connect to the stations I was looking for on TV. It was a perfect visit and I hope to come back soon!

The house was as listed. Clean and everything you need to stay for the week. The putting green is a nice touch and enjoyed the spa. The master bedroom is epic and all beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

If we could give 10 stars we would. This house is amazing. Super clean, well laid out, organized ( loved how everything was labeled) and in a great neighborhood. Pool and putting green adds to the entertainment. Host has great communication with renter and answers all questions quickly. We definitely will be a return renter.

Great gathering place
Great house for family getaway! Well equipped kitchen, lovely, comfy living and dining room, and great backyard for sunning, spa time and pool. It was too cool to swim, but we were able to use the spa in the afternoon when it finally got heated up. We even enjoyed grilling out one afternoon! Great neighborhood for walking and shopping nearby. Recommend this property for a family getaway!

Our overall experience was fabulous! The home is clean, very spacious rooms, with a nice kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare and serve meals, the backyard patio with the pool and spa were the added touch in staying at this home and it did not disappoint. Although the temperature in the summer months are scorching and the pool is on the hot side when first getting in during the afternoon, but at night its a nice warm feeling to your body after a day playing baseball games with teenage boys. The pool basketball was a big hit with the boys! The location of the property is so great and accommodating. It is close to grocery stores, retail outlets and abundant of restaurants to choose from when you need a night out. Peoria Sports Complex is the closest, but Surprise and Camelback are not that far away. The host, Bernadine, is a lovely soul, very attentive to your needs and responds quickly when any issues. Our only issue was when the salt water pool was building up with algae because of the summer heat, but one text to Bernadine was needed and within 10 minutes her pool guy game and took care of the issue., so impressed! We can tell the person she is by how well she maintains her home. I highly recommend this home for your stay in the Peoria/Glendale/Surprise area, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay there again in our travels to this area.
