Exactly as described and Tatyana was great to work with!

We had a graduation in the family and needed more beds and room for the children to play. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room that we could have had some gatherings there if we had more time in the area.

Tatyana was great and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was immaculate and Tatyana was great with communication. This was also a great location. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

I was able to come visit my sons. We had a place to relax and hang out and just spend time together. I'm grateful for the property and the time together.

Overall, our stay went well. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. Our host was gracious and very attentive. There were a few small problems. There was no propane for the grill. Also, there is a business and a small apartment attached to the house that I didn't know about going in but they presented no real problem. The back yard is under construction and will be very nice when finished.

My granddaughter and I, along with her two dogs, enjoyed a comfortable, peaceful time at Tatyana's place. We were able to take advantage of everything Denver and NoCo have to offer and retreat for the night to our little haven in Loveland. I especially enjoyed morning walks with the pups in our neighborhood away from home. The dogs loved spotting the local bunnies, who seemed totally unworried by the two leashed Aussies. The home is clean, convenient, and exactly as described.

Property was very clean and location was perfect for our visit. Space was very adequate.

I expected this home to be a single family home, however it is attached to a store and another living quarters. The backyard is shared, completely disheveled, and mostly concrete. While the house is nice and property owner nice as can be, it is definitely not what I expected. I wouldn’t have rented had I known this was a shared residence and yard.

Had a lovely time And the house was extremely comfortable for us.

Enjoyed our stay, the only thing I would of liked to of seen is the back finished.

We had a great stay at this recently remodeled house. Great if you are traveling with a pet. Secure back yard. Place was very clean and we would stay there again.

The location was great for travel to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains. Everything you need is close for groceries, coffee, etc. The host is so friendly and accommodating. Answered all our questions and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

This property is conveniently located to Loveland lake and various walking trails including a dog park. It was a comfortable home. The backyard is still under construction and a work in progress per the landowner. The pictures reflected a fireplace but it is not in a working condition as yet however they are working on that. Otherwise we certainly enjoyed our stay. Landowner/landlord was very accommodating and attended to any questions and or needs that we had.

While the front and back yards are still a work in progress, the inside was absolutely fantastic. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Plus it’s minutes away from a grocery story, great pizza, and shopping. If you’re heading out to Rocky Mountains National Park, you’ll love this place as it’s just on the edge of the city making it less than an hour to the Park.
