Property was modern, comfortable and spotless. As this was our first time in Portland, we were unfamiliar with the city but this location is close to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

This apartment was very clean, modern, and fairly private, located on a quite street, but still close enough to walk to shops, cafes, breweries. Only about half a mile from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

The apt looks brand new and is very clean. Beautiful large windows in the family room and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had everything you would need. After a fun day of exploring it was the perfect place to come home too. Easy drive to Old Port, Victoria Mansion and Cape Elizabeth. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect for me. I could walk
everywhere including Back Cove, Eastern Promenade, downtown, the Old Port and Deering Oaks Park. Congress bus filled the gap
on rainy days. Portland is the perfect getaway for southerners during the heat of the summer, with temps typically in the 70’s.
The property is gorgeous with a panoramic view from floor-to-ceiling windows along one side. Fully equipped with most up-to-date dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, etc. Host could not have been more supportive.

Loved our stay here in Portland's east end. Five minutes to vibrant restaurant scene, 15 minutes to Old port. Place was bright, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very cute. Very clean. Everything you need. My husband & I were in town for the weekend to attend a wedding….was the perfect spot. Large windows are really nice- lots of natural light. Would stay again for sure!

This small, clean, modern apartment was perfect for our weekend visit. We easily walked to morning coffee, took a stroll along the coast, and ventured to a local brewery without the need of a car. While we didn't cook, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We would definitely return for a future stay!

After hunting for an affordable accommodation for an extremely busy weekend in Portland, we found this gem. It's exactly as pictured in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the main attractions all within about 15 min. Plenty of street parking if you have a car. The bed was very comfortable and communication/instructions were clear.
The only cons were the iron is missing a piece and there is no full length closet to hold longer items.
Would stay again!

Rode up with the wife for a long bday weekend and the property and location were perfect. Mark is a great hose and gave us some awesome local recommendations. Really clean, comfortable and modern apartment for a refreshing getaway! Would definitely rent again.

The space is incredible. Watched the sunset from the terrace my last night to close out a perfect stay.
View from the top of Munjoy Hill is spectacular and just down the street.
Great host. I made a couple of rookie mistakes and Mark was very gracious and kind. He recommended an amazing bakery for croissants around the corner. Best croissant I’ve ever had.

This property was a great place to stay as it was close to everything and very clean. Mark was very accommodating and helped us with snow storm info as I’m from Florida and don’t k ow what to do with parking bans.

Great apartment, perfect for a couple. Building is brand new, apartment is well-designed, modern, bright. Location in Munjoy Hill is terrific - quiet street, easy street parking, right around the corner from Washington with great restaurants.

The apartment was wonderful. It seems to have just been renovated and they paid great attention to detail. Nothing beats the cozy deck that overlooks the woods. Kitchen was fully equipped and the place was spotless. Great towels, soft sheets, and comfortable bed. It can sleep 3 but that assumes 2 folks in a queen and one on the couch that is not a pull out bed. Regardless we loved it and the location and would definitely rent again.

The apartment had a modern, city vibe which we liked. It’s a quick 20 minute walk to downtown but there are restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk as well. The place was clean with high end appliances and fixtures. It also had a cute outdoor sitting area.

This apartment is in a perfect location, and is super well kept and modern. There’s a few great restaurants/bars within easy walking distance, and downtown is only a park 20 minute walk as well. And still, the apartment feels very private and homey. Mark was a great host, and was very responsive when I needed help with something too. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable apartment
Check-in was easy, the apartment was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. It was pretty convenient to the waterfront downtown area but was also close to the running trail to the beach on the north side. Two good breakfast spots two blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The place is in a great spot super close to everything! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the wonderful views, all around an amazing trip and stay!

A great place, just right
I just loved this flat. It was perfect for me to stay. It was bright and clean and the porch is wonderful in the morning.
Munjoy Hill is a great neighborhood and I walked downtown with ease. Though...the hill is no joke!

Perfect Spot to experience East Partland
We had an amazing time in Portland. The apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from our favorite restaurant "Izakaya Minato", breweries, distilleries, coffee shops, etc. The place is clean and it has everything you may need. We will be back!
