Located in Manasota Key, this charming condo for £261 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Island House is your home away from home for pure relaxation, refreshment, and rejuvenation. All apartments are located in 1 building only a few steps away from the beach. This apartment is located on the ground floor facing the beach. Large panorama windows offer an amazing view of the ocean . From sun-up to well past sundown; from glowing morning skies to saturated ocean sunsets and sparkling starry nights, Island House is your special place to let all stresses fly away. Sipping morning coffee or tea on the beach deck while drinking in views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf….strolling along miles of pristine white sands on Manasota Key….watching playful dolphins, exotic birds and endangered turtles….basking in the sun….playing in the waves…what quiet moments and pleasant memories await! Directly on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, Island House is a privately owned vacation rental of six fully furnished apartments–three upstairs and three on the ground floor. This is a non-smoking property. All units have full kitchens including stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils! A barbecue grill is available outside for all guests to share. Free wifi on property.

I really loved the property. Location was nice! The host was very flexible, which is always appreciate it went on vacation. I do wish that there was Netflix or some other type of streaming for when the weather was bad. But who really needs TV when you’re on vacation!

You cannot beat the view. It was steps from the sand. The place could use some updating to make it more cozy. It also needs a tv in bedroom and get HD. I spent more time outside so it wasn’t a huge deal but it would be nice in the evenings. It was very clean and had most all of your basic needs.

Property is very nice, I will say the door needs a dead bolt on the inside, so no one comes in while you are relaxing during the day or night. The surprise visit we had was very upsetting to us. We realize work was going on but was still upsetting to us. Besides that, everything else was wonderful. Pls put a deadbolt on door.

The property was as ON the beach as you could possibly ask for. Not a ton of amenities or anything fancy within the unit but it was clean and had as much as we needed for a short stay. I would definitely return!

Wonderful Location
We LOVE this property! This was the second time we stayed at the Island House and we will most definitely return. The condo is clean, well appointed and is perfectly situated right on the beach. The only improvement I feel could be made would be adding hooks to hang beach towels and wet clothes. The Island House was just what we needed as a family to rest and recharge.

The view in number 1 was spectacular and the beach was so clean and fun! The price was affordable for our family. Manasota Kay location is perfect for short day trips off the island. A couple fun places to eat and a convenient store is all they have. We loved the small community with no hustle and bustle. We’ve never stayed anywhere twice but we would certainly consider doing it here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay. 5 stars!

This place...THIS PLACE!!!! It's closer to the beach than any other property I've EVER stayed at. From the front door of Unit 1 to the beach stairs it's 40 feet. If you walk 40 more feet you're swimming. Now that's CLOSE!!!

The owners did a great job making this place look nice. The rough cut shiplap looks great. The kitchen is updated and the unit is tastefully decorated. Birthdays get away
We found the property as advertised- clean and ready to use. The location is fantastic, it was serene and calming - we walked the beach, read a lot while looking at the water from the inside of the condo, and were in awe of the never disappointing sunsets. Will go back some day

Our family of 5 had a blast on our vacation. This property was perfect for our young kiddos. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat. It was perfect for our youngest (2 years old) who didn’t always want to spend hours at the beach. It was very easy and convenient to walk back and forth throughout the day.

We stayed at the Island Beach house for 5 nights and enjoyed the beach front unit on the first floor. The bed and bedding were comfy, the rest of the unit was open and spacious.....and the view....amazing. There are tables and lounge chairs right in front of your window, so you might see your neighbors eating there but we weren't inside for most of the time so that didn't bother us at all. The bathroom is on the small side but we made it work for my husband, myself, and my two little boys. I would just recommend putting up towel hooks in the bathroom/outside to hang wet towels and swimsuits. The stove also was a little wacky. Trying to make pancakes and put the burner on low....it burned my pancake within a few seconds. So just be alert. Hehe Other than those little things, it's in a great spot and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. We loved just waking up and running out to the blue gulf waters!! We would definitely stay again.
Nina was easy to work with and let us check in a little early since we were only a 4 hour drive away and there was nobody there before us that day.
