We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday here. The setting was beautiful on the lake, and we had everything we needed to make our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The weather was terrible for the most part, but we were still able to get my nephew's boat on the lake, and everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock. There was plenty of room for all of us to sit in the living room and watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade and football when we couldn't get outside due to the heavy rain. We may decide to make this an annual tradition.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The view is perfect even with the water on the low side. We were able to fish off the dock and launch our blow-up kayak from the ladder off the dock. It was COLD this weekend, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit for a fun, cozy experience. Our kids enjoyed the games in the closet AND the outdoor toys (the yard is perfect for baseball and bean bag throwing). I can't get over the sunrise view - just so peaceful and breathtaking!

Clean and comfortable with great lake views!

We had a girls weekend to visit Canton and just relax. The home was very comfortable, clean, and generally well-equipped. Beds and bathrooms were great. Unfortunately, the dock was very dirty and basically unusable (lots of bird and dog poop). It would also be nice to have a few more outdoor items to enjoy the space along the lake.

We had a wonderful weekend! The owner was very accommodating and friendly. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The cove was on a quiet part of the lake and perfect for jet skiing and boating. The dock being right on the water made it a perfect place to float and relax. I highly recommend this location.

This is a cute, quite hideaway to relax with sun, water, fun, family and friends. It felt like a home away from home. Coming from a big city, it was nice to be unwind from the hustle and pause to take pleasure in the beauty of nature. We really enjoyed the back porch. Plenty of seating. The kids loved swimming in the lake. We didn’t enjoy everything on the property due to church activities, but definitely was worth the stay. When we come back this way, we will definitely look to stay at this property again.

It was a nice home, a beautifully manicured lawn, and wonderful waterfront. We had 3 one year olds, and one 3 year old, and a great time. There were interesting things for them to see and do inside and outside. The three year old got to catch his first fish and several of them got to touch it. The weather was way too hot, but the house always stayed cool, the ceiling fans on the porch did a good job, and the lake had a large area for wading. We needed kitchen trash bags and our host had them over in seconds. I slept on the comfortable top queen bunk. All the beds were comfortable.

We only stayed for 3 nights but we packed it full of fishing, swimming and fun. Awesome communication with the owner....just a great time for all.

This property was great for our family. The layout of the house was spacious enough for all. The best feature by far though was the dock. If you want to spend time in the water then this place is perfect. My family enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lake. The porch was beautiful to sit out and drink coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed the lights on the dock and porch in the evening. The only improvement might be the wifi. The signal is not strong if you have more than one person on at a time. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

My wife and I travel all over Texas and Oklahoma through VRBO and this location tops the list from comfort to fishing.. We caught so many fish that we threw a lot back. It was the perfect mother's day getaway. The neighbors were very friendly and they even gave my wife a bottle of wine for mother's day. I try to make it a point to never repeat a trip but this might be the first.

Great stay. My family and I really enjoyed every minute of our stay. It felt just like home with a great view. The weather helped with how warm it was so we were able to enjoy the backyard with the kids.

This lakehouse sleeps a group of adults comfortably! The house came with everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Ample space for our extended family for thanksgiving stay.

We were in Log Cabin for a wedding. This property was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The lake is beautiful. Would recommend this property!

This was perfect for our family!! We had 5, 2 kids and 3 adults. And everyone had their own space. The dock was very nice!! I am not used to a sloped driveway so that scared me. But once I did it once, it was easy getting in and out. We even walked the neighborhood. There is a geocache in the neighborhood if your kids are interested in that!! We also got pizza delivered from Milanos and it was good. Delivery time took awhile but we were playing board games so it made the time go by!! Would highly recommend!! Everything was Great!! Owner was very responsive to all messages!!

Very nice and clean lake house and we plan to come back again for a weekend get away. Cathy is great and responds quickly. Past reviews state no internet but it is now hooked up. It was the first time at this lake and it is beautiful. We have been visiting different lakes to pick one for retirement and this lake is out top pick so far.

We had an amazing time and the doc was perfect for us to hang out and tie our boat up thanks for a great experience
