The 6 bedrooms and 6 ensuite baths make this a wonderfully comfortable place to make memories. Fish and swim from the large permanent dock. Relax and read a book out on the breezy covered porch. Play cards and board games on the large dining table. Take a short walk to the West Barrier Bar and watch the sunset on beautiful Lake Ontario. All that is missing is you and your family or friends.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful location. Brand new and super clean. All bedrooms great size with en-suite bathrooms. kitchen is spacious and well stocked with top of the line appliances. Owner didn’t miss a thing when building this . Bradley was there shortly after our arrival to welcome us and show us around the house. 16 adults had plenty of room and a wonderful vacation. We will be back. Thank you!

This is a beautiful property and very well appointed! Amazing water views and the house is gorgeous. Plenty of room to spread out. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had, too.

We had a wonderful week! The house was clean and thoughtfully appointed, and the location is absolutely beautiful. The house is on the water in a protected bay. Our kids caught lots of fish from the dock, and there is a winery that also serves food within paddling distance. The village of Fair Haven (5 minutes away) is small but quaint, with several good restaurants, an ice cream stand, and a cidery.

We had a wonderful week! The house was clean and thoughtfully appointed, and the location is absolutely beautiful. The house is on the water in a protected bay.
