About this house rental
At the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in a town enriched by “health, history, and horses,” our recently built (finished in early 2021) retreat on beautiful Saratoga Lake is situated off quiet, private roads and is waiting for you! All that is between the back door of our home and a swim in the lake is our wonderfully landscaped oversized bluestone patio (with a hot-tub, gas fire pit, dining table, and chaise lounges) and 70 feet of spacious level lakefront yard. From our 80-foot private dock you can fish, swim, or relax with your toes in the water while enjoying the view. Rent our two single-person kayaks and paddle board to explore the lake or the nooks and crannies of Kayaderosseras Creek, the entrance of which is only a few hundred feet from our dock. Bring your own boat, or rent one, and enjoy your days tubing, water skiing, or just relaxing out on the lake. In the mornings, enjoy the breathtaking views and peaceful sunrises (and perhaps even a visit from a blue heron) while eating breakfast in front of the wall-to-wall lake-view windows at our Amish-made rustic wooden dining table or out on our upper-level deck. After cooking your meals in our fully stocked kitchen and on our gas grill, catch up with your guests in front of our spacious gas fire pit. Escape by reading a book, playing games, or enjoying a movie on our Smart TV in one of two living rooms in our exceptionally clean and comfortable two-story home. At night, retreat to one of our four bedrooms (two upstairs, two downstairs), each of which includes natural light, comfortable beds (one king and three queen-size), and extra blankets and pillows. Rest assured that your safety and security are in the forefront of our minds (smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outside-only home perimeter cameras, including the hot tub area, and a Ring doorbell). While feeling tucked “away from it all” our location is easily accessible to the Northway, and we are only minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and the Saratoga Race Course. And if you need anything during your visit, we live right next door to be of service to you. What are you waiting for?

We were two families of four with a bunch of toddlers staying in Saratoga Springs for a long weekend. The house was absolutely perfect for our group, and hosts Denise and Tim were so incredibly accommodating and helpful. We hope to find ourselves in the area again soon, and would absolutely rebook here!

Denise and Tim's home is beautiful and perfectly situated on the lake. The home is clean with comfy beds and a kitchen that has all you need to cook the food you bring. We enjoyed the deck and the view. All four of us gave this home an A++ and hope to return in the future!

Everything was top notch! The house was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. The area is very quiet and tranquil. The home offers amazing views from multiple rooms . This home was truly a relaxing oasis with all it’s amenities . Very close to the track and downtown Saratoga. The only downfall is that my husband and I wished we stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I have been visiting the Saratoga area each summer for years, and this was by far our favorite stay. The home is beautiful and very well cared for, and Denise was wonderful throughout both the lead-up and the duration of our visit. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting family in the area. The home has been thoughtfully done and has every amenity one could wish for! We had a great time enjoying the incredible lake views. Denise and Tim were incredibly hospitable, friendly and easy to communicate with before we arrived and during our stay. My sisters, nieces and I had a wonderful time on our girls weekend to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. What an amazing house this was… beautifully built, decorated and appointed with all high end amenities (from the appliances to the silverware). Not a detail was missed and the lake was spectacular!
Denise was wonderful to work with and even though she lives right next door, was not intrusive at all. Anything you needed, she took care of. Any question you had, she answered.
In my opinion, if you don’t rent this house when you come to Saratoga Springs, your making a huge mistake. Thank you Denise for a great weekend. We will definitely be back!

We were a family of four with two kids ages 7 and 8. We spent a long weekend here and had a amazing time. The kids loved the hot tub and we loved the gas fireplace overlooking the water! Views were amazing, as was the house itself. It has every amenity you could possibly want. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful new home right on the shores of Saratoga Lake and only 10 minutes from the Track or downtown. The perfect location.
Well furnished, well stocked and very comfortable. Owners are welcoming and helpful. Views are incredible and you have your own blue heron who stops by daily for a visit.

The house is even better in reality than in the pictures! The first thing you see after entering the house is the most stunnig view of the lake through an enormous sliding door opening into a large terrace. The interior is clean and tastefully furnished. The cherry on top is the owner - Denise was responsive, kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend her house!

Our family had a fantastic time at this beautiful lakefront property hosted by Denise and Tim! Denise and Tim were the perfect hosts: communicated clearly, were available if we had any questions, and made our family feel welcomed in their vacation home. The home itself is beautiful, clean, thoughtfully appointed and THOSE VIEWS ARE STUNNING! Their experience seemed so serene and just what we were looking for. From the beginning of the process, Denise made me feel this was going to be such a positive experience for our family. The home is absolutely stunning and Denise and Tim welcomed us and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Everything about the house and setting is perfect. This house is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The views of the lake are wonderful from dawn to dusk. It is easy to relax and enjoy time with family. The location is great and there are lots of little surrounding neighborhoods to walk through. Highly recommend this house! The hosts, Denise and Tim were super accommodating and availalbe at any time if we needed them. Thank you!

Denise and Tim's house is a gem. It is located right on the lake and has every amenity that you could wish for. The view is stunning. You could spend an entire day just looking at the water, the sky, the birds and the boats sailing by.

We had the best time at Saratoga. The lake house made it. My friends we blow away by how beautiful the house with. We ended up spending more time at the house than we did around town. Denise and Tim made the house so user friendly we felt as if we were at home. Would book this again.

This home has the most amazing views of the lake. Having coffee on the deck each morning was so relaxing. The property is well maintained; the landscaping was beautiful. The house had everything we needed. The landlords were very attentive and friendly. We sat around the fire pit at night. The lake was clean and refreshing. The stairs to the lake made us all feel safe getting in our kayaks and paddle boards. Not far from the race track which was such fun! Town was close by with great shops and restaurants. We just got back from a 4 night stay and this house was AMAZING. It was very clean and updated. We loved that you can walk right out and into the lake and also have access to the hot tub. Communication was great as well. They were very responsive and made sure our stay was as pleasant as can be. We will be looking to rebook for sure when the time comes. Thank you Denise!!

Splendid Saratoga
This property is an absolute gem. The house is recently renovated and everything was new, clean and very tastefully done. The views from the first floor are spectacular with a full wall of windows and sliding glass doors facing the lake. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, lounging on the patio and dock, and visiting nearby Saratoga Springs. The kitchen was well stocked including oil, spices, and plenty of cookware and utensils. Denise and Tim live next door and were warm, welcoming and accessible throughout our stay. She even brought over fresh cut flowers from her garden! We used only one of the four bedrooms, but the house would be great for a larger family or group. We loved our stay and are already planning our return!

Simply the Best
The house and it's location on Saratoga Lake were incredible. Nicest and cleanest house we have ever rented. Sits right on the lake with amazing view. We were 6 adults 2 babies under 1 and a 4 year old and it fit all our needs. We also took time to walk through Saratoga Springs and look through some great shops. Homeowners could not have been nicer and obviously know what makes a great vacation home rental experience. Hope to return soon!

Saratoga Lakefront - Family & Fishing
We had a great time on beautiful Lake Saratoga. The house in gorgeous and the lake was perfect for what we wanted. I would just caution boat owners to not attempt to bring your boat to the home as the roads are steep and narrow. It’s best to drop it in the water at Marina first. The owners live next door and were very helpful.

This was a great vacation! There is a lot to do in the area and the time at the house was excellent.
