very happy to have found this wonderful hotel in a quiet residential area just east of thamel. the staff is fantastic. the breakfast is very high quality. AC/heat unit worked well. wifi is fast and reliable. hot water is consistent with great pressure. room was perfectly clean. nice bed with good linens. i ended up extending my stay here for the entire time i was in nepal. try the mixed thukpa and khaja set in their restaurant, i had the thukpa three or four times, it was sooo good.
nestled behind a couple of car dealerships, there's not much immediately nearby. it's about a 10-12 minute walk from thamel. i enjoyed the walk and it's easy to get a taxi if you prefer.

Ubicación tranquila a 20 minutos andando del barrio de thamel, personal amable (nos ayudó a pedir un taxi cuando nos fuimos), recepción 24 horas, se puede pagar con tarjeta, bastante limpio, aire acondicionado funciona bien. No nos entraba el desayuno pero desayunamos ahí un día y estaba muy bueno. Habitación y lavabo bastante limpios y amplios.
La ducha tenía dos grifos, uno demasiado bajo y una en el techo que salía para todos lados. El aire acondicionado daba Justo en la cara. La zona para acceder al hotel es de arena y cuando llueve se llena de barro.

Excellent value for money, nice comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom, every floor has a terrace and there's a rooftop with great view of the mountains. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Is very well located in a quiet and calm area, just a short walk or a minutes ride to Thamel. Definitely recommend.

Quiet Location | Room had all the basic amenities, lights are pretty cool , bed is hushed and cosy . Has a nice little elevator inside for floor access . yea , the physical frameworks are neat .
For all that pleasing qualities this hotel had , breakfast was a real sham . Most hotels I stayed in B&B plans in past , always served breakfast for 2 individuals unfortunately that portion was not that ample here .
Disregarding the BREAKFAST thing , everything about this property was an A .

This hotel is centrally located, thats the best part. Staff is super good and takes care of you like family. Would visit again and will recommend as well. It is located inside a lane after the kia showroom, this might make it a little difficult to find the first time but then you will get used to it. Walking distance from Thamel and major casinos and 5 mins ride to LOD.
All ok, just that there could be more boards which can lead to the hotel the first time as the taxi driver also was not sure.
