We had previously stayed at Seawinds and liked it that’s why we were back. Truly beach front, a little skimpy on some cleaning supplies but we’d happily go back. Property manager was outstanding. Very quick to return calls. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars.

We are fans of Sea Winds and have stayed in different units and always enjoyed our stay and interactions with a different local property management group. We were excited about staying on the 17th floor penthouse unit and were absolutely satisfied with the unit. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working all week. The Sea Winds staff was incredibly gracious in manually operating the elevator for guests. One evening keys were locked in the elevator and we made the trek to the top. When communicating this inconvenience to the property manager, the concern was dismissed and the representative was unprofessional. We love Marco and our stays at Sea Winds and any future visits will involve a different property management company. Thank you to the owners who provided a wonderful unit to stay on this visit.

The elevator broke down. Poor communication with office staff as to what our options were. It was only after 4 phone calls over a span of 4 hours that they could get us down in the emergency elevator. That was not told To us in the beginning. Beautiful beach day wasted in the condo. Could not get in touch with host VRBO kept knocking me off…was very disappointed. Probably never renting via VRBO. No accountability. Very frustrating with all the extra charges as well while the price per night seemed reasonable all the charges added were a lot. Also furniture outdated.

This condo was perfect for our 45th anniversary trip. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach and during our stay!! Plenty of towels, more than we needed. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Views were sensational! Will stay in this condo again!!! Loved it!!

Condo was perfectly equipped with beach essentials, kitchen utensils, bath towels and the "in unit" washer and dryer were ideal! Local restaurants were great and we loved the short trip into Naples. If we return to Marco Island, staying here is a definite!

It’s very interesting to have a key everywhere you go through out the property. The condo was beautiful, gorgeous views. The only down fall is, the elevators were sketchy as hell. One ratted the whole time and the other the button didn’t like up. Lastly, they did not even have an air movement, hot stuffy and miserable.

We loved staying on this property on the beach. The 17th floor had amazing views. The condo had everything we needed. The shelving is fantastic in this area. The restaurants were great! We went fishing and had the restaurants CocoMos and Pinchers cook the fish we caught. They both did a fabulous job. We would rent this again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just a couple of comments for future travelers: - great views from the 17th floor - Master bedroom bed was a bit firm for our liking - no screens on the patio doors

The place was nice and clean. The only issue we had was the fact we had to use keys everywhere on the property. It would've been much easier to have a key pad system so we didn't have to take our keys with us everywhere, including the beach. Other than that we loved Marco Island and will be back.

We loved the unit. Top floor provided for amazing views. The location on the island was perfect. Far away enough from the busy center but walkable and traffic was light. Appreciate the comfortable beach chairs. The only thing missing was the ability to grill out on the premise. Which there was a grill by the pool to use.

Had problems with owners management company as they couldn’t fix the patio slider correctly, there was a bunch of broken chairs that should be discarded and they said they had a replacement beach wagon for the broken one, but said we had to pick it up from them. We were staying for three weeks so thought they could drop it off sometime during that period. Also oven is tiny and hard to cook on. Location is great and liked the heated pool and spa.

Our family stayed over the Christmas/New Year holidays and absolutely loved this condo! From the moment we arrived, the property was well maintained and the view was amazing right when we opened the front door. The balcony was really large for all six of us to eat dinner at the outdoor table and it extended down to the main bedroom access. It overlooked the white sand and aqua waters- I could have relaxed there taking in that view all day every day! Having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a brand new pullout couch, was such a plus! The pool was clean and warm enough for adults and kids of all ages, but we loved the beautiful beach and spent most of our time there. The condo was well stocked with beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella,, cooler, etc. It also had a nice tennis court and had rackets and balls to use. We frequently enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and shops just down the road. Jacci is a wonderful host, always quickly answering questions and very helpful-offering suggestions and tips. We will surely return!

This condo was perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation! We had everything we needed! The balcony was the show stopper for us! The sand toys and the beach chairs were perfect. Beds were all very comfortable. We made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. Only downfall of the actual property was that one elevator was broken for 5 out of the 7 days, so the elevator wait was bummer at times. We will stay here again!

Our unit was on the top floor and the views were AMAZING! The location, and access to the beach & restaurants, was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The unit and the entire property is in need of updating; and our unit was not exactly clean. We spent more time than we care to admit cleaning and doing laundry on our vacation.

The view was amazing and the pictures were accurate. There's a few things that could have been better. There were no trashbags provided. The beds were simplistic and the blankets were cheap and thin. I had to put 2 of them on my bed. Mattress was ok, but cheap and too firm. For what we paid per night, I think the owner could probably spend some of it to do some much needed updates. Overall I gave it a 4 star, but in big part because of the view off the balcony and the area in general.

It was our first visit to Marco Island and we couldn’t have enjoyed our visit more! The condo is located on a less crowded area of the beach but within a 10 minute drive of anything on Marco. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Lots of essentials were already in the condo for a day at the beach. We had a great view off the balcony and were able to see dolphins in the mornings and evenings. The owner responded quickly to our messages which was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

We have rented on Marco in Sea Winds numerous times in the past. I grew up coming to Marco and love sharing that with my three little ones. This condo did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and relaxing. With little kids I did not worry about them breaking things or ruining anything, it seemed like it was decorated and furnished with families in mind. The views were stunning and I enjoy sitting out and watching the people and gulf! We had a great week!! I only have 2 complaints overall…. The building in general was PACKED all week long. It was not loud on the 17th floor but the parking lot and pool were always packed with a steady stream of people constantly through the area. This was something we weren’t used to on Marco. Also, the condo only had 4 washcloths for a family of 5 for the week. We (more than happily) donated a pack of washcloths to the condo. Although, I must admit they were not of the same quality as the 4 that were there!! Great condo, I would definitely recommend and rent here again.

My family and I rented this condo to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The location is excellent and is close to everything. The condos decor is beautiful and the beds were all super comfortable. My family and I will rent this place every year!
