This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, just a few meters away from La Latina metro station. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro. The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3th floor of a building with a lift. The entrance to the apartment opens into a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed and a lovely lounge with adjoining dining area. The kitchen is on the left side and comes complete with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and everything you may need to cook. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace. The tastefully decorated living room comes with a leather sofa that turns into a double bed. The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them equipped with a double bed, and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom. Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room. The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.
