Situated in Pleasant Grove, this charming house for £68 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This newly finished, spacious, open floorplan basement apartment is in a safe, quiet, upscale Pleasant Grove neighborhood. It sleeps four with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, and 1.5 baths. Each bedroom also has a large-screen TV. The full kitchen is newly built with plank-tile floors, beautiful, white quartz countertops, stainless refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large sink. The knotty-alder cabinets are fully stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils for preparing any meal. The spacious living area features tall ceilings, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table, laundry, a comfy leather couch, and plush chairs by the large-screen TV. All TVs are connected to the high-speed Internet for streaming your favorite shows. There is a BBQ grill on the patio, and for the adventurous, a stone fire pit in the yard surrounded by log seating. This unit is 1650 sq. ft., conveniently located 8 minutes from I-15, several restaurants and grocery stores. Less than an hour to Alta and Snowbird ski resorts, about 30 minutes to Sundance, 12 minutes to Timpanogos Cave, and just a couple minutes to doTerra or the Mt. Timpanogos temple. BYU and UVU are 20 minutes away, and SLC downtown and airport are 45 minutes. Fox Hollow golf course and Cedar Hills golf course are less than 5 miles away, and Sleepy Ridge golf course is 8.5 miles away. There is free, off-street parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of on-street parking for more. The empty-nester owners occupy the upper story of the house. To enter the apartment, you must walk down 1 flight of 5 stairs.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The owner (Jeff) was very responsive and communicative. It was in a very nice location. Its about 3 blocks away from the Timpanogos Temple. I would totally stay here again.

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood located near the base of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked, with complimentary snacks. The bathrooms and laundry were clean with free laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The beds were comfortable and warm linens. The seating area has a nice tv and comfortable couch and chairs. We played a lot of ping pong and played outside in the snow. The hosts communicated well with us and the place was easy to find with clear check in and check out instructions. We plan on staying there again and would highly recommended it.

This is a great spot tucked away in a great residential area. The homeowner was present and attentive and helped answer questions and support a LOT. They are great and I'll definitely stay here again in the future. A++

My family loved staying in this beautiful basement apartment. The rooms were nice and big, the living room has a nice comfy couch, the yard and swing we're great for our young kids and the ping pong table was an awesome bonus. The hosts were so kind and sent us lots of ideas on things to do in the area. They even invited us to pick fresh veggies from their garden. This home has everything you'd ever need! We would absolutely stay again.

We loved the apartment. Pictures don't do it justice. The place is much bigger than it appears. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, all utensils and cook wear, even some baking pans. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything.
We would stay here again, for sure, if we come back this way.

We thought this was too good to be true with how affordable this space was. All of these reviews are accurate. It’s clean, homey, in a beautiful neighborhood and setting and the hosts were so great at communicating pre check-in. We have this saved to come back again!

Property was great and is in a great location for easy access to I-15, shopping, etc.. Everything was laid out really well, staples available in the kitchen, bathroom amenities were great. Added bonus was the access to fresh veggies from the extensive garden - thank you!

This is by far one of the best VBRO homes we have stayed in. Our hosts were very responsive and helped when needed and even though they live above we never heard a peep! The home is immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need and they left us water and popcorn and many spices, flour, sugar though we didn't use them. The beds are extremely comfy and there is a large TV in every room (unfortunately we don't watch them!!). The ping pong table was a lot of fun. The home is conveniently located to all Provo and Salt Lake have to offer and very near to grocery stores and restaurants! Check in and out was a breeze and very easy to find. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here you won't be disappointed!

The rental unit is the bottom floor of the owner’s home. It is bright with large windows, immaculately clean and uncluttered with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property.

This is one of my favorite properties I've stayed in. It was so clean, incredibly comfortable and in a great location. The king bed was honestly heaven. I slept so great both nights. The bathroom towels were thick & fluffy and the shower was big & very nice. I loved having the icemaker on the fridge & even though I didn't use much the kitchen was well stocked. Getting in was easy with the lockbox and parking was great. It had just snowed but the driveway & the path to the basement entrance were clear & safe. This was supposed to be a Christmas shopping weekend with my friend however she was sick so it was just me. I already told her we need to book this property again for our trip next year.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday on a short turn around trip. This location was perfect, not far from where the events were in Orem.
This two bed was very roomy and If I could have, I would have taken the bed with me. It was that comfortable. Everything you need at your fingertips.

Perfect place to stay!
We stayed at Jeff’s place for over 5 months while waiting for our home to be built. It could not have been more ideal! His place is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great off street parking, but close and convenient to shopping and other amenities. It’s an open, spacious apartment in a bright, walkout basement. We had everything needed for a longer stay- great well stocked kitchen, desk for our computer, nice washer and dryer and the most comfortable king bed we’ve slept on. We enjoyed grilling on the gas bbq on a private patio which overlooks a beautiful, well manicured yard. Jeff is a very kind and hospitable host and went out of his way throughout our entire stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay Jeff!

He responded so quickly to a last minute request to have him fold up the ping pong table, and offered another table and other options for the shower and continued to offerer anything he could to make our comfort and our event a success. His home, yard and neighborhood was absolutely beautiful, so clean, so peaceful, so well stocked, great beds, easy open daylight entry- very few steps- snow was removed, salted pathways, plenty of space for our guests and space for the extra garbage we had, lights on for our arrival, easy way to access keys, space heaters, extra bedding, beautiful well working appliances, so much parking and space, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Games to play, large tvs in every room. We can’t wait to return and to stay longer and do all the things that the place offered. It is our favorite place! Would encourage anyone looking for a great stay to go to Jeff’s place. Thank you, thank you!
