The hotel is always so tranquil, no matter how full. Always availability of comfortable sun loungers. Staff cannot do enough to help.
The snack menu at the pool bar could be more versatile

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was dated but very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The lunch at the pool bar was average. The chips were slightly under cooked.

Have been coming here for years I like it
It’s not as personable as it used to be for the 14 years I have stayed there I don’t feel special no upgrades or special attention which is poor. I also believe they pay their staff a very low hourly rate which is disappointing for a hotel that gets such high nightly rates

Breakfast was lovely, staff friendly, pool was really nice but preferred walking down to the beach and using the hotel section where you can collect the hotel towels.
Next time I will book a bigger room.

Attractive hotel set in pretty location
our room sounded like it was above the kitchen
or bin store as there was a lot of noise and
banging at 7.00am in the morning which woke
us up

Breakfast was so very good.....need a very hot whirlpool too cold to use...l02 up.....
Didn't realize such a family hotel lots of kids.....didn't realize not as close to ocean and shops without taking a taxi maybe have a free travel van to go back in forth at times....couldn't use the tuna

Breakfast amazing- room very poor location - pool good -
we paid extra for a side sea view and we were put in a basement room with a very very small view of the sea so certainly wasn’t to put expectations

We love this hotel but weren't happy with our first room as it was in the additional housing across the road and we wanted to be in the main hotel but after a bit of discussion they moved us so all was good.
The first room it was way too hot with the sun beaming down into the room and the air con was broken, it also felt like we'd been shoved in the additional housing across the road so we moved.

Find it strange that you are charging for the beech beds.
there aren’t any catering facilities, make money by charging for drinks, fruit, snacks etc. instead of charging for lounger's it’s a lot classier and profitable!
