A Beautiful Brand New Town Home, Located in the Trendy Park Circle Area of North Charleston. 1 Mile to the Park Circle Strip 5 Miles to Downtown Charleston Welcome to our home! We have a brand new Two-Story Townhouse with an open concept floor plan that sleeps up to 8 people. Walk in to a living room beautifully filled with natural light and modern furniture, following into our dining area with an eat in kitchen. The kitchen has all white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Help yourself to coffee and tea, and our fully equipped kitchen. Located on the main level you also have a powder room and a washer and dryer to use at your leisure. Next, walk up to our second floor where you will find two large bedrooms, as well as a loft with a Queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Each bedroom is designed to make you feel cozy and at home, accompanied by two full bathrooms, and ample closet/storage space. We also supplied some of our favorite family games to play!

This place was perfect for our weekend trip for the festival. Amazing location to what we needed. Clean house. Easy access. Very spacious. Easy drive to downtown. Would defiantly come back and recommend this nice spot to anyone looking for a good chill spot.

The home is in a great location to downtown Charleston, Magnolia Plantation, Angel Oak and other tourist locations. All amenities we could need were provided. The home was exactly as pictured. Communications with Jordan were always easy and questions answered very quickly. Thank you Jordan!

Loved it! One thing that would be an improvement is a queen bed rather than the sleep sofa in the upstairs tv room… or even a twin day bed if you want the “couch” look. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We were in the Charleston area for 6 days and this place was close to downtown Charleston and centrally located to all the other areas we visited. Home was very clean and well appointed; we certainly appreciated the home and enjoyed our time in the area.

Very clean and convenient location. Jordan was very responsive. There was some street noise in neighborhood til wee hours of the morning. It could be the holiday weekend.

The property was a perfect size for our group of six. It was conveniently located to all of the sites in the Charleston area. The only issue we had was when several police showed up one night, at a house nearby. The neighborhood just seemed a little unsafe.

I cannot say enough good things about the interior of this house. It’s just as pictured and was perfectly equipped for our girls trip for 3 nights. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review is because of the location. It seemed to be in a not so homey/safe location. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Amazing place!! I honestly didn’t want to leave, exactly as pictured. I felt right at home as soon as I opened the door. So spacious, great layout for a brother and sister :) we had an amazing time staying here. Convenient location to downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, Folley Beach etc. I recommend to everyone! Host was very easy to communicate with. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!! Outstanding!!!

This little condo was perfect for us! We had 7 girls stay and there was plenty of room! I'm giving 5 stars because the stay/owner/location was wonderful. BUT - one night we had a couple of people banging on the door and windows trying to get in .... we still have no idea what they wanted or who they were. We went to a gas station right down the road and someone was shooting in the parking lot. Other than that, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great though we didn’t need anything during our stay! Everything we needed was readily available! Depending on which way you come into the property you may think the area is not top notch but being born and raised in Charleston I can assure you it’s a safe and upcoming location. It’s very central to both downtown and the outlets where there are so many shopping and dining options. The place feels brand new! It’s gorgeous inside! Great, affordable option to visit Charleston! We will be back to stay again!

We had a great experience staying at Jordan’s place! The house is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space for people to sleep and nice living room and dining room for hanging out. It’s a quick drive to downtown Charleston, about 15 minutes. There is also a nice street near by with lots of restaurants. Jordan was very helpful through the whole process from booking until check out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Charleston!
