This beautifully renovated oceanfront unit is located on the southeastern corner of the 4th floor and overlooks the 15th hole of Long Point golf course! approx 1900 plus square footage single level. The apartment has a 180 degree view floor plan with ocean and/or forest canopy enjoyed from all three bedrooms. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets over ocean and Amelia River. An open concept layout provides age, bright and airy space for every day living. The kitchen is gourmet equipped and fully stocked with household accessories. A spacious balcony will allow for plenty of sunshine, ocean breezes and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The large master suite is like a private oasis complete with a sprawling spa-like bathroom and generous closet. With two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms, there is plenty of space to accommodate friends and family and includes a private office work space. There is a high end air cleaner with Air Purifier, HEPA,Carbon=UV-C and Ionizer keeping home germ and dust free. Turtle Dunes has open access to the beaches. All of this while being conveniently located inside the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Plantation with extensive shopping and dining. The quaint town of Fernandina Beach is only a 20 minute and Jacksonville 30 minute drive and the apartment is located close to a vast series of national parks and beaches

What a beautiful condo. Great views of the beach from the kitchen, dining room, living room and the master bedroom. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely condo.

Our family enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving Day holiday staying at this beautiful condo located within the Omni Resort. The condo is beachfront, is very spacious, comfortable and it has all the amenities to enjoy a great stay. We felt very privileged to be able to enjoy this amazing property and look forward to go back in the future.

We spent our annual family golf vacation on Amelia Island at this fantastic unit in Turtle Dunes. The 3 bedroom unit on the 4th floor overlooks the ocean and has all of the amenities you need for a short several day stay, The owner is easy to work with and was responsive when needed to answer a quick fix question. We played golf on the excellent courses nearby and always love visiting the tennis center to get in some more vigorous exercise. We will be back!!

What an amazing property! This was the perfect location for our family to spend time together enjoying every moment from sunrise to moonrise! There were so many unexpected extras beyond the necessities! The shower is amazing! We have already booked for next year!

Rick was a very nice host, quick responses, willing to make things right. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable. Rick offered to make things right when the cleaners were delayed for check in. And also was very responsive when the refrigerator was having issues. He was a great communicator. Check in was simple. Location is perfect, quiet. The patio was our favorite spot for lunch.

Outstanding location! This corner condo is updated, clean, and well-stocked. The beach was not crowded and the pool was great. Plenty of beach chairs and toys in the condo…save the room in your car. Large kitchen with a wine chiller as well. Restaurants, grocery stores, and fuel are close by.

We discovered Amelia Island about 40 years ago. Since then, we return as often as possible to enjoy the special beauty of the area (formerly known as Amelia Island Plantation it is now Omni Amelia Island Resort). We have stayed in numerous properties over the past 4 decades -- but none were as wonderful as this! The incomparable views are simply spectacular and beyond imagination. Photos don't do it justice. The property is exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We are so grateful to the property owners for being willing to share it with others! On this trip alone, we saw dolphins swimming in the ocean, osprey flying overhead, rabbits frolicking in the grass, turtles walking among the dunes, plenty of geckos, and even a couple of armadillos! But what we come here for, time after time, is the spectacular beach! There is no place else like it on earth. You could travel far and wide internationally -- but why go elsewhere when someplace so wonderful is accessible here? Once you've found a slice of heaven in paradise, you'll be back!

Really enjoyed this condo unit. Very clean, well furnished and stocked with sheets / towels etc. Large rooms and wonderful porch overlooking the ocean. First time to Amelia Island and we will definitely be back. Better than other places we've been to in FL. Wonderful stay at this home!

The property was perfect for our needs. I was staying with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. We were all able to have our own spaces.
The kitchen was well stocked. The property being on the resort grounds was so convenient for dining out and take out.
There was an abundance of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and sand toys were great.
Would recommend this rental for a family looking for a beach vacation.

We enjoy staying at Amelia Island Plantation and have stayed at Turtle Dunes several times in the past. This unit has been remodeled and is nicer than others we’ve stayed in before. Thanks for a great time!

We traveled for a company convention and this property was the perfect getaway from all of the noise and chaos of the day. Large rooms, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. View of the ocean was amazing. Property owner was quick to respond to all of questions. Great stay!

We were scheduledbto arrive in Amelia Island 2 days prior to landfall. With the severe weather predictions, we felt it best to postpone our much anticipated trip to Amelia Island. Richard was wonderful to deal with and could not have been more understanding. He worked with us to accommodate our request and was very prompt in communicating with us. We have re-scheduled out trip for April 2023 and are anxious to visit the island. Thank you for your speedy resolution and understanding.

Property was beautiful and in excellent condition. All the amenities were there including puzzles, TV's in every room with Netflix, Hulu, Disney capabilities. Our morning coffee was highlighted by the beautiful sunrise each and every morniing.

Our new favorite place
We’ve visited Amelia Island four times and have always had a positive experience. This was our first time staying at this unit, however. We found the apartment to be extremely clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked. The view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach chairs and beach towels provided were so handy! The owner was responsive to our questions and a pleasure to work with. We hope to have the pleasure to stay here again!!

the best place to stay on amelia island!
we lived in fernandina beach for over eight years and return as often as we can. we have stayed at several vrbo properties. and we can say, this apartment was, hands down, the best! we can't recommend it highly enough. it was clean, quiet, amazingly appointed, and the views were breathtaking. we have every intention of returning to this property. if you are looking for a place to stay on amelia island, choose this property. you won't be disappointed.
