At Maui Vista 3-102 you can walk right out onto your lanai and the beautiful garden beyond, under the Plumeria trees – or sip coffee or your favorite beverage on your own private patio/lanai. Our fully equipped condo, which comes with everything down to your own beach umbrella, chairs, and gear, is the perfect Maui getaway for the beach lover. Maui Vista sits on eight acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds, across the street and a short walk to Kamaole I Beach, where the soft golden sand and clear, warm-water swimming that made Maui famous awaits. Snorkel, look for sea turtles munching for algae off the rocks, or take on an amazing coastal walking bath that intersects all three Kamaole Beaches, and goes beyond, to Wailea. With amazing weather throughout the year, Kihei really is a sun worshiper's paradise. This conveniently located condo, in the midst of Kihei's restaurant and shopping district, was set up with everything you need for your Maui home away from home. WiFi, premium cable, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook and serve, await. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. At the end of the day the comfortable Queen bed and luxury linens welcome you, or take a relaxing dip in one of three pools on the property. There is also tennis and a gas brill, along with free parking right next to the condo. Nearby attractions include the Kihei Boat Ramp, the take-off point for many of Maui's best snorkeling and boating adventures, and the amazing Wailea resorts, with their sprawling beaches. You can also rent standup paddleboards, kayaks, and surfboards nearby – with surf lessons conveniently located two blocks away at Maui's best surf break, The Cove. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Everything was fine except the cleanliness. We had a crawling baby and the floors were filthy. I mopped it myself three times before it was ok. So problem solved.

We have stayed in Maui Vista a number of times, and this unit was excellent. Very good response from the Management team when I reported a broken item.

The location of the property is great but the actual cleanliness of the property could be a lot better especially in the shower. The water coming out of the faucet in the bathroom tasted weird and when we had to brush our teeth we had to use bottled water instead. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and seemed very worn in.

This was our second time staying in this condo. The property is very nice. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, and you can see Haleakalā from the lanai. The kitchen is small but very functional. The queen bed is comfortable. They have all the beach chairs and towels you need. Overall, a good job. Mahalo to the hosts for the nice condo!

It was SUPER CLOSE to the beach and they provided chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach, which was really nice. They provided almost everything we needed, were easy to communicate with, and was as described. The only thing I wish was different was the size of the pools, they were only really big enough for a single family at a time, but since the beach was so close it wasn't a big deal!

Had a great time staying at Maui Vista and in Kihei. Perfect for anyone! Other than the upstairs neighbors throwing things off their balcony and landing on our patio, we had a blast here! The pool is beautiful but with the beach only 5 minutes walking distance, we could enjoy the water however we wanted! The security and maintenance team on-site are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo

My wife and I stayed for 1 week, the unit exceeded our expectations. Beach was within walking distance and the provided cooler and chairs were a huge plus. About a 10-15 min walk to lots of good restaurants.

We liked this modest unit at Maui Vista. Not fancy, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions.

The location was great! We loved being on ground floor, which was great for my kids to play outside. This condo was close to the tennis courts, close to the pool and complex is easy access to the beach across the street. I would recommend new cookware but we made it work and cooked most of our dinners at the condo. This condo worked well for our family. Would consider staying here again!

This was a good little condo for two people close to the beach, shops and restaurants. They have everything you need for a great day at the beach. Be prepared for a l walk up the hill for your trek back from the beach. We will stay there again!

Great location! Just a 5 min walk down to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Kihei is a great part of the island to stay with access to many of the tourist highlights. Overall, the unit was clean and quiet. It would be better if the air conditioning was central as opposed to stand alone units but it was fine for our stay. We would stay again.

Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler all make the day so very enjoyable at the beautiful beach.
BBQ's are available for use to enjoy a nice homemade meal if you get tired of restaurant meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Also, it provided us with all the amenities we needed-- insuite laundry, air conditioning, beach chairs, mats, umbrella, and a cooler. We definitely would recommend it to others!

It was a great stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. It came with loads of things for the beach which was super helpful. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator did not work and the maintenance guy never showed up. However, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The pool was nice and clean and they have tennis courts as well. I would recommend this stay for couples or small families looking for a relaxing stay.

This was a great location!
This was a great location! The beach is just across the street and walking to restaurants and shopping is close. The complex is beautifully maintained. We took advantage of the beach supplies they had. And they were perfect! It was centrally located to all of the activities that we did over the week. The beach across the street had the most beautiful sunsets.
