This large new home is masterfully decorated and fully furnished for families or groups of all ages from babies to adults. Tons of room for you to enjoy your family and create lasting memories under the southern Utah sunshine. Perfect for family reunions, sports teams, church groups, or just your weekend golf buddies. Located adjacent to Coral Canyon Golf Course. The patio area is secluded for private get-togethers. There are two huge Master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Both have a King bed, futon (double), TV, Blu-ray, full private bathroom with tiled shower, huge walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 2 extra chairs, and patio access. The living room has a large 55" flat screen with cable TV and a Blu-ray player. There are comfy couches for 8 people to pamper you as you cozy up to the fireplace to relax. Enjoy free cable TV and high-speed WiFi throughout the house. The patio has a table/umbrella and seating for 6 with a grill for tasty bar-b-ques. The fully stocked, top-of-the-line kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals in functionality and comfort from the stainless steel appliances to the granite countertops. It has counter seating for 4 at the bar and a huge deluxe dining table with seating for 8. All bathrooms are roomy, with plenty of towels, and have hairdryers. Pool towels are provided in the house for use at the 2 large pools and hot tub where you can soak up more sun. Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St George yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two year-round pools and hot tubs we offer. Golf course views and the serenity of the community are all the reasons why vacation guests love the Coral Ridge community! Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more! The house is wonderful with a lot of space and easy checkin/checkout process. Although a short trip, the house was a great place to relax!

The management company rocks!!!. They are so understanding and do everything they can to help in tough situations. I was so impressed with them. Thank you so much!
1) and most important to me is it was REALLY clean.
2) there is a ton of seating and the couches recline and are clean and tidy.
3) the two master bedrooms are HUGE! And have nice big soaker tubs and a seperate shower.
4) the bunk bed room is really decent sized and perfect for all of those kiddos!
5) it’s close to the freeway so you can get places easily.
6) we came in March and the pool was open. Kids loved swimming in it and the hot tub!

Do yourself a favor and rent this unit. We loved our stay and wish we would’ve had a few more days to enjoy this home and the beauty that surrounds it! would definitely be happy staying her again! A+++++++++++

We came to St George to visit family and this home was perfect for our family of 7 plus grandma and grandpa! It was a comfortable place to unwind and relax after spending so much time with extended family!

This place was ideal for our group! It was clean and well stocked for cooking! The beds were great and the bedrooms were huge. And very nice bathrooms too! The manager at Red Rock with so good at responding each time I had a question. We will definitely rent here again!

A very nice area with lots and lots of hiking. We spent 4 days in Zion and two days up in Bryce Canyon. The pool area is very nice with two large hot tubs to relax in after many miles at the park.

Wonderful home in a great location!
The house was clean and well-stocked. The bedrooms are large and comfortable - more than enough room for our family of 5 (+2 guests for one night) . Great service - the coffeemaker stopped working, and the management group replaced it with a new one quickly. Location was perfect - right off the highway for access to so many parks. We visited Zion (main and north entrance), Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs Conservation Area, and Kanab for a UTV excursion and Best Friends Sanctuary. We could have easily stayed another week to do more of what we wanted. Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada is the perfect way to get a movement break and some fresh air in the middle of the car ride if you fly into / travel from Vegas. Thank you!

Perfect spot for Ironman Worlds!
Was unsure of where to stay never having been to St. G/Hurricane. What a perfect spot! Quiet and right in the middle of everything we needed btw swimming and riding! So clean and just what we needed. So much space! Will definitely try to come back and stay here again.

Much needed week away
What a gorgeous property! More than enough room for our group. We cooked in the huge kitchen every day. The garage was awesome and big enough for our off roading toys. There were a couple of minor issues when we first arrived. There was a full load of dishes in the dishwasher, clean, but fully loaded. There was a clean load of sheets in the dryer and load of towels in the washing machine. The bbq was taken apart. One of the trash cans in the garage was completely full. It seemed like the cleaning crew left and meant to come back but didn’t. While it was many small things, none of it would stop us from staying here again. We didn’t notify the property manager because we were able to easily take care of all of it. We put the dishes away. Put the clean sheets on the dryer. Rewashed and dried and put away the towels. Put the grill back together and used it! And the other trash can was enough room for us. We definitely recommend!

Lovely
Stayed for our annual Girls Weekend. 8 adults all slept comfortably. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool is great and we love how close it is to food and shopping.

Very nice
This home is very beautiful and lots of room for groups, we had a total of 8 and never felt on top of eachother. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the club house pool was a big hit with the teenagers. Close to shopping, Sand Hollow Lake, the Desert Garden and Zion a perfect place for your family vacation. We did have a little trouble with the internet/ cable, the rental company was very kind even offered to put us in a different home if we wanted (we did not move). They sent their local maintenance man to look into any issues, also reached out to the private owner to assist in setting up a cable service person to come out to the home. The renters before us didn't take the large garbage cans out as requested so we had a full can when we arrived, the rental company immediately had the maintenance man over to empty them on a non trash day. The rental company went above and beyond to address my concerns. They were very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Christine was a BIG help and gave me her direct cell phone number so that if i ever needed anything else i could reach her immediately. The house is in a very nice location, top to bottom beautiful, and spacious, you will not regret staying at this home.
