Please note - the cleaning fee Memorial Day to Labor Day (peak season), includes bed linens and bath towels as well as bed making. Rental of towels and linens are available outside of this time period for an additional fee and are not included in the cleaning fee. Enjoy the best of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway while staying in this beautiful canal-front home with a private dock, located just a quick 5-minute walk to the white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle! Doin' Time is new to the rental market and ready to house you for your next beach vacation. This home sleeps up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Use the stairs or take the elevator up to the second floor, which boasts a spacious open floor plan. Here is where you will find one of two living rooms with plenty of seating for gathering after a fun-filled day in the surf and sand, a dining table with seating for six as well as a large kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar top with additional seating for four. The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a toaster oven, tea kettle, blender, and crockpot. Also on this floor is a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath. A half bath and laundry are also located on this level. On the third floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, you will find another master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms each with two queen beds and private baths. You will also find a second sizable living room with an oversized sectional, an eating area with seating for four, a wet bar, and a half bath. Both master suites and living rooms have flat screen Smart TV's. The canal-side of the house offers spectacular views of the Intracoastal. Take in the scenery on either of the two screened-in porches just off the dining room and upstairs master suite or on the multi-level decking perfect for sunbathing! Whether it's kayaking from your private dock in the Intracoastal or boogie boarding in the ocean, you'll love Doin' Time here! The closest public beach access point is at Leland St, it's about 0.3 miles & a 5-minute walk. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* **The dock and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers.** We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk. In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. We had friends who stayed here before covid and loved it. So we rented it for the Oyster Festival with our family. Everyone was happily. Plenty of space and enjoyed the outside to. No issues, very pleasant stay. Will rent again in the future.

Do’in Time is a Great home for multiple families. Plenty of living space with 2 living rooms but Not enough dining room area for 16 people. Great beach toys. Could use a tv in all bedrooms. We had some issues but management handled them pretty quickly. They were only a text away. Highly suggest reading the management manual for access to beach closet. The manual should be placed in a location similar to the tv remotes and tell renters to look for it. Overall, we had a great vacation!! Handicapped accessible beach access is located 2 blocks from this home.

We had a great stay. We plan this trip each year to meet extended family at OIB. This is by far the best house we have rented. The house was beautiful and clean. Our family appreciated having a bathroom of each bedroom. We used the inside spaces and the outside patios. I like that the kitchen was well stocked but not over crowded. We had cabinet space to put our things in. The fridge was empty! No leftover condiments or jars from previous guests. I love that! We used the gas grill several times. It was clean and worked great. The kids loved playing on the dock and near the water. Since there is an elevator and walk in shower available, my mom was able to come with us. The beach access is close and handicap accessible. This is very helpful with older people and babies. Brunswick Vacation Rentals kept in contact with us before and throughout our vacation. I always felt like I could reach someone if needed. We rent from VRBO 3-4 times a year. This was one of our best experiences. We have already booked for next summer!

House is perfect for multiple families! Bathrooms for every bedroom (plus 2 half baths) and multiple beds in each room. Kitchen is well stocked and opens to the great room. Views of the canal are great! Excellent outdoor space as well.

Super location- the canal is better for us! Kayaks, fenced yard. Tons of space inside. Bedrooms had great beds, so many bathrooms, 2 living/sitting spaces. Kitchen was great!

Our family (6 adults and 8 children - ages 7 to 76) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our multigenerational group. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porches to enjoy the breezes on the canal. The walk to the beach was easy, not too far, and offered just a little walking exercise! The kitchen was unbelievable! We have stayed in many VRBO and rarely see such a well-stocked and well-organized kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the most beautiful home we have ever rented in Ocean Isle and I have been renting for 6 or 7 years now. The well stocked kitchen was a chef's dream (and we actually had one staying with us:). Having the kayaks and all kinds of beach chairs and things there was a huge plus so we didn't have to rent. Spacious enough for all 14 of us. I have never rented the same place twice but I may be changing mind on that!!!!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Loved our stay at this location. Everything was near perfect: from check in to the cleanliness to the setup of the home to the quality of everything in and out of the home to the support of the property management group.
